I'm looking for affordable places and most are in that area. I know a few years ago there were tons of break-ins and petty crime there, but I haven't been to/paid much attention to the area in quite a while. Is it still best avoided if possible or have things gotten a bit better? I know it's right next to Germantown so I wasn't sure if that development has spilled over yet.

I remember a VHS with a light blue animated car. Either the windshield or headlights were the eyes, and I remember that it was distributed by Buena Vista.
I used to watch it in the 90s. The VHS may have been from the 80s and the movie itself may have been from much earlier.
I am not sure if anyone saw this, but it was a bad accident with a white vehicle almost crushed in half, and another vehicle perpendicular to the street. This was on December 4th, around 11:00pm. Did anyone know what caused this? There has been far too many accidents on Buena Vista lately.
