Brett Simon Puns

Looking for recommendations for a new series. I’m a bit fan of mc beaton’s Agatha raisin and Simon Brett’s Fethering mysteries. I’m now caught up with agatha, and almost done with Fethering and hoping for a new series that is like them.

I love a long standing series that isn’t too serious, but isn’t wacky or has supernatural elements. Not that I don’t like a good supernatural or gothic story, but never a fan of cozy’s with a ghost or witch. I love stories set in England, and with a well written story that has some humor. Beaton and Brett excel at those, any others that may be out there in a similar vein? I’ve also liked the Royal Spyness series, which also fits this mold, but also caught up there too.

I'm intending to read cozy mystery, But I don't know where I should start, There are so many books in the genre, new and old. I just stumbled upon this author called "Simon brett", I don't know what really attracted me to his books, probably the beautiful covers😁. Anyway he has alot of series books, I'm thinking of starting with "fethering series", Do you think its worth reading or not? Or could you suggest me any book to read?

What is it about these intros? They all sound slightly similar but since I don't know much about music theory I don't really have any insight as to why. Some are quick finger picking and others sound like quick chord changes to me. Any similar recs would be awesome.

##Background

Similar to other sports drafts in North American sports (i.e. NFL Draft, NBA Draft, etc.), the MLS SuperDraft is an event where professional soccer clubs in Major League Soccer (MLS) select eligible college/university soccer players. The SuperDraft was first instituted in 2000, as a combination of the MLS College Draft, in which players having graduated from college were selected, and the MLS Supplemental Draft, in which all other players were chosen. The draft is divided into three rounds in which each club has a selection, the order of which is determined by a combination of the teams' playoff and regular season positions, with the last placed team (or expansion teams) getting the first pick.

Plus, she's recently refreshed her Ogilvy home perm and thus looks the super-hottest of all.
