I'm trying to find some scooters, specific ones, but I can't seem to find any above the 150 range, looking for 200 to 300 cc's, but I can't seem to find any dealerships that actually sell scooters that aren't 150.
Or a huge price even if they're pre-owned at the dealership.

Orson is a very friendly boy. He has so much love to give and really just a wants a person to appreciate his love and someone to shower with all his affection. He is outgoing and curious and loves to be in the middle of the action and wherever his people are. Asides from being with his people, his second favorite activity is definitely eating. He loves treats and gets very excited for meal-time. He loves snuggling up and being a couch buddy with his people or with his foster sister, Ella. He gets lonely and sometimes cries if left alone for long periods of time, so we are hoping he can find a family who is home lots of the time to keep him company. He is looking for his forever home and is hoping it is with you!
I need someone's opinion who has experience or heard from someone about the appraisal experience verification in California. I have been Trainee for last few years and now I am upgrading to Certified Residential, I have submitted my experience log and BREA selected few samples for me to provide, all those sample reports have my names as providing significant assistance in the report but not in the certification part of the report, do yo you think BREA will give me credit for those hrs even if my supervisor did not mention me in the certification (it has general USPAP language there) but in other places of the report? Thanks!

They seem quite legit, And Iβm on the other side of the state with an original plan to drive down to them for a class due to not having availability at their location in NorCal. But since I paid I have had no emails or anything regarding details of the meetup, both of their phone lines are null or full, Iβve emailed them multiple times and contacted them to no avail, I even tried their social media email. It doesnβt feel right so I have the change on standby with my bank.
But Iβm posting here to see if anyone especially in California knows about them, has had experience with them or anything. If you do or you have some other potential recommendations please help a brother out. Thank you!

I pulled up to a church I'd passed a million times in my city, pretty close to my home. I never noticed the church and I share a name-- Grace. I pulled into the driveway and parked right next to the main building so I could have a view of the whole complex. Just as I was thinking there's nothing here-- I noticed a man in the distance under a light, looking right in my direction. My blood froze but I knew he couldn't see me since my lights were on, and I was in the dark. He stood up from what seemed to be a bench and started to put pants on. I couldn't see everything well but I know he was putting pants on. He was looking in my direction the entire time, and once he got the pants on he started walking in my direction, slowly. So I backed up and left because I did not want to talk to this strange man at night! I don't know why but I felt like he was NOT homeless, it seemed like he was waiting for me. My intention while searching for this location was to find my true purpose, and now I am even more confused.

Today We were taken to a spot where Iβd driven by probably a million times in my life, but never once thought to get out and explore on foot.
We stumbled upon a broken bridge that went over a creek I had never seen in my life in my own hometown! The creek was so beautiful and the greenery around it so lush.
I got this sudden, overwhelming feeling that my grandparents had been there many times, as I live in the town they grew up in.
Our actual given location was across the creek, and the only seemingly viable pathway there was blocked by a homeless persons camp site.
Walking to this spot, we saw a random balloon that was still plump and floating strong. It was a Motherβs Day balloon, and today is Motherβs Day. Who put this balloon up there today, during a global pandemic?? Just bizzarre.
We walked thru a weird parking garage on the way back and saw a van covered in dust, as if it had been there for years.
