A list of puns related to "Bmp 1"
I canβt really chose between these 2 could you Guys help me out?
After the German reunification the swedes bought about 500 BMP-1 for cheap and it remained in service until 2005. So Sweden should get the BMP-1 under the Swedish name pbv 501. Here's a picture of a PBV 501 on an exercise
I'm trying to find a way to extract the 128x128 pixel data from the map_0.dat (and subsequent numbers) files into any image format I can load into paint. I'm wanting to have a offline version of my games map-wall, but pixel perfect, rather then a screenshot or even taking pictures of the maps in my characters hands and stitching them, since they'll always be stretched for resolution. And having it pixel-perfect of the map data is the end goal, not a 3D render of the world or a seed map (which wouldn't reflect built things), but the actual exact maps used in-game and stored in the map_x.dat files converted as image files.
Looking online, I can find plenty of tools to do this in the other direction, turning image files into map data to load pixel art and such, but nothing current for how to do it from a map_x.dat file back into image format. The few links I have found are either expired or non-functional.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Now Images.save("filename.bmp", Gray.(bitmatrix)) can save a bitmatrix to bmp as 24-bit bmp file, which consumes too much space ( and maybe cpu ).
Can I tell Images to save it as 1-bit bmp ?
Thx
edit: cause it's running on raspberry pi, it needs to be as simple/fast as possible.
I'm currently trying to port my overhaul mod to the new version of the game, but the game refuses to cooperate. I have managed to pinpoint the problem to some extent; I made a new version of my mod with only the map changes (So the /map and /history folders), and after moving over all files EXCEPT the provinces.bmp, the game loads in as intended and lets me into Nudger. However, once the new provinces.bmp is in, the game CTD's while loading to the main menu, meaning I can't even access the Nudger.
That's why I reckon the provinces.bmp is the culprit. I have remade the file numerous times, with both paint.net and GIMP, but it changes nothing. I've been struggling with this for a week or so, and I'm at the end of my rope. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Before you ask, here are some details:
plz help, I'm losing my mind over this.
tl;dr My map worked perfectly in 1.10 but CTD's in 1.11.
