A list of puns related to "Blenheim Ii"
Hi Everyone - I need some advice from the hivemind.
I have very large hands and fingers and I consistently have difficulty chopping anything taller than 1.5" quickly and safely due to how high my knuckles are off of the board. I need to work on my technique (any tips MOST welcome!), but I think have a taller knife would help immensely.
I have the ff (pics Family Photo).
I've had the two Zwillings for 10 years, the Blenheims for 3 and the Kramer for 1. I reach for the Kramer the most because of the blade height.
I'm not completely averse to a cleaver, but I'd prefer something a bit thinner and with a more versatile tip.

The Grenadier GuardsΒ were first formed in 1656 by the exiled Charles II in Bruges, as the βRoyal Regiment of Guardsβ, under the Colonel Lord Wentworth. Β The Regiment was initially recruited from the loyal men who had followed their King into exile and were rewarded in 1660 when the King was restored to the throne. Β In 1665 the Regiment was renamed the 1st Regiment of Foot Guards. Β In 1667 a young John Churchill (later to become the 1st Duke of Marlborough) became an ensign of the Regiment. Β He rose through the ranks and became its colonel from 1704 to 1711 and 1714 to 1722.
The 1st went on to serve during the Wars of the Spanish Succession (1701β1714), and fought at the battles of Blenheim (1704), Ramillies (1706), Oudenarde (1708) and Malplaquet (1709). The Regiment fought during the Revolutionary and Napoleonic Wars, but it was during the Peninsular War in 1815 at the battle of Waterloo they gained their present title and undying fame by defeating the Grenadiers of Napoleonβs Imperial Guard and granted the title of Grenadier Regiment of Foot Guards.
The Regiment went on to serve in the Crimean War (1853β1856), fighting at the Alma river, Inkerman, and Sevastopol, the Anglo-Egyptian War in 1882, fighting at Battle of Tel el-Kebir and then the Mahdist War in Sudan, at the Battle of Omdurman, and the Second Boer War, at the Battle of Modder River and the Battle of Belmont. In 1994 as part of the British Armyβs βOptions for Changeβ reforms, the Grenadier Guards were reduced to a single battalion while the 2nd Battalion put into 'suspended animation', to keep the colours and traditions safe and renamed "The Nijmegen Company
On November 15, I adopted Oliver, a 10.5-week old Cavapoo. He was my miracle puppy, adopted from a community member. She purchased him from a breeder, but after a week, she realized she couldnβt fulfill his needs. I was so blessed to be able to take on the role of raising him.
He has been absolutely perfect since day one. Quiet as a mouse, affectionate, calm and easy to train. He is very independent and eager to please. He has utterly stolen my heart, like so many people.
I tried researching his parents, but I had no luck. While he came with a certificate of his bloodline, I havenβt been able to find any information. Iβm so curious about his parents and littermates, in every possible way. How many siblings did he have? Did they play together much? What was his mother like? Ah, itβs driving me insane!
Anyways, Iβve seen quite a few pictures posted of cavapoos that look like my Oliver. I couldnβt help but wonder if any of them may share the same family tree as my Ollie. Since Oliverβs original owner transitioned him so quickly, I feel so awkward about calling the breeders to ask. (Thatβs assuming I have the correct contact information. I realize I probably will end up having to reach out to them for concrete information.)
But please let me know if any of these details seem familiar to you. Oliver was born on SEPTEMBER 1, 2021 in Coalgate, OKLAHOMA His father was an APRICOT poodle named MOCHA MOCHA II His mother was a BLENHEIM cavalier King Charles spaniel named JACKIE TROYER
Just curious for any information or anecdotes about my puppyβs family. I hope this is an appropriate post; I donβt do a lot of posting in general
It really does, I swear!
For context I'm a Refuse Driver (Garbage man) & today I was on food waste. After I'd tipped I was checking the wagon for any defects when I spotted a lone pea balanced on the lifts.

No one near me but it didn't half make me laugh for a good hour or so!

This sub is mostly just NSFW puns now.
If it needs a NSFW tag it's not a dad joke. There should just be a NSFW puns subreddit for that.
Edit* I'm not replying any longer and turning off notifications but to all those that say "no one cares", there sure are a lot of you arguing about it. Maybe I'm wrong but you people don't need to be rude about it. If you really don't care, don't comment.

Today we will be looking at probably the biggest battle in the history of the Witcher world. This is the decisive battle of the II Northern War that stopped Nilfgaards attempts at conquering the land north of the Jaruga River and brought few years of peace (before another invasion between The Witcher 2 and The Witcher 3 video games).
Nilfgaardians had intel that the Northern armies were going to help the fortress in Mayena that was being seiged. The commander of the Emperial forces, Menno Coehoorn wanted to use that knowledge to surprise them and gain advantage by splitting the Army Group "Centre" ("Εrodek") - leaving smaller part at Mayena, while the rest will block the enemy path forcing them into battle. Menno wanted to conduct recon beforehand to see whats behind the nearby hills. The recon was commanded by Lamarr Flaut, but they fail to spot additional Northern forces that would come with a succor to the main army - around 10,000 of mostly Redanian soldiers and Kaedweni Dun Banners under the command of Blenheim Blenckert. Meanwhile the forces lead by Joachim de Wett, which included a "Verden" division failed to win any of their fights being constantly bitten by Skelligian coastal attack, so they could not join the main army to help in the battle.
And so, the battle happened. The Northern Realms put up to a fight 43 thousand soldiers while Nilfgaard had 46 thousand. On the left flank of the NR there was the Redanian corps commanded by Kobus de Ruyter (more about him here) - 8,000 of infantry and cavalry, At the middle there were Redanian and Temerian infantries - 12,000 combined, 10 banners of cavalry (around 2,000) and 3 thousand of the volunteer infantry from Wyzima and Maribor (Biedna Pierdolona Piechota/Poor Fucking Infantry) commanded by the Temerian voivode Bronibor (I've talked about him here). The right flank consisted of light cavalry from Brugge - 8 banners, around 1,600 soldiers, Mahakam Volunteer Troops (Mahakamski Huf Ochotniczy) commanded by Barclay Els (between them there were Zoltan Chivay, Yazon Varda, Yarpen Zigrin, Dennis Ceranmer and Sheldon Skaggs), 4 thousand dwarves and Free Condottier Company (Wolna Kompania Kondotierska) commanded by Julia Abatemarco known as "SΕodka Trzpiotka" (english wiki translates it as "pretty kitty", but
