The actress will star in the Hindi remake of the 2016 Kannada thriller, U-Turn. The movie begins shoot tomorrow, July 6, with debutante director Arif Khan.
Set against an urban backdrop, the film goes on-floors tomorrow. While not much has been revealed about the project, the makers just released a video, announcing the film and giving us a glimpse of the thriller. U-Turn will be produced by Cult Movies, which is the new division under Shobha Kapoor and Ekta Kapoor's Balaji Telefilms, which produces new age & edgy content. Interestingly, it is the third film to be announced under Cult Movies, after Anurag Kashyap’s Dobaaraa and Dibakar Banerjee’s LSD 2.
U-Turn is a thriller film written, produced, and directed by Pawan Kumar. It stars Shraddha Srinath in the lead role. The plot revolves around the death of motorists who break a traffic rule at a particular flyover in Bangalore and subsequent pinning down of the culprit by an intern journalist and police inspector duo.

I don't want to step on anybody's toes here, but the amount of non-dad jokes here in this subreddit really annoys me. First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.
Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.

Neena Gupta has joined the cast of 'Goodbye', which went on floors recently. The talented actress will be performing alongside the legendary Amitabh Bachchan and south-sensation Rashmika Mandanna.
Neena Gupta will be essaying the role of Big B's wife in the film and this is the first time she will be seen opposite him. Both Neena Gupta and Amitabh Bachchan share mutual admiration for one another and the actress has been a huge fan of his work.
