What do Australians think of international students coming from different countries each year? Do you think this is a bad thing? If you think this situation is bad, can you explain why? What are your attitudes towards foreign students in general? Towards the end of this year, I want to come to Australia to study language and do my master's, but I don't know what to expect. That's why I'm curious about your thoughts.
My aussie gf and I had a scare some months ago when she thought that she was pregnant. I do not wish to have a child for the moment and don't plan on staying in Australia.
I am on a student visa 500 and it got me wondering what would happen to the child if she was actually pregnant. Who would get to keep the baby ? Which nationality would him/her be ? Is there a special visa that would allow me to visit him/her at least annually ?
So, there's a brand of beer called XXXX that comes from Australia. I might have heard the name before, but I only just now learned that it's Australian in origin. I thought it was just from XXXX being used to mark blank and never got filled in, but it being named after a local brand of beer makes more sense.
