Gained a little too much fat on my power building cycle. Powerbuilding based programs for shredding you'd recommend?
Did Jeff Nippard Power Building System. I like the increase size, but clearly need to lose 20-30 lbs.
Does anyone have a recommend for a powerbuilding routine (free or paid), they'd recommend to run either for 20 weeks straight, or for 2,. 10 week cycles.
I know naturually I will lose some muscle in the process, just looking for a plan that mininizes the size AND strength loss.

[Spoilers] I'm a little late to the game, but let me tell you something about Arthur Morgan...
I had the ending spoiled for me. I knew he was going to kick the bucket. And because of that, before the mission of no return, I did a few things:

Gave him a nice, proper haircut.

Gave him the longest sleep ever.

Gave him the best food there is to eat.

Cleaned and patted the horse 5 times.

Had a conversation with everyone in the camp one last time, especially with Sadie. A true friend.

Raised my honor. I didn't want Arthur to go out with anyone hating him.

The last thing I did was to screenshot Arthur, with his horse, behind the magnificent waterfall.
The only thing I wished I did was to load a save there and then. Death is inevitable for Arthur. That's the way it is. But, with that save, I could have prolonged it.
Arthur Morgan, I'll miss you. We all do. D:
