A list of puns related to "Ap World History"
The content is so heavy. I went from hw that would take max 7 minutes to hw that take hours.
In june we got to enter what classes we would like to take sophomore year and I decided to take on graduating with honors and I signed up for ap world history. We got emailed to see if weβd be interested in dropping a class before sophomore year starts and was thinking of dropping it. Iβve taken on dual enrollment last semester as well and wasnβt too difficult. I wanted some insight on how difficult it is and what the class generally consist of and what should i expect. Thank you
Iβm going to be taking my first AP course which is World History and was wondering if thereβs anything I can do to prepare for it?
Iβm a sophomore and I have the ap world history exam in 22 days. Whatβs the best way to study?
I got my scores back for my other exams, but my world history says score delayed. Why?
Sooo I havenβt started studying and the test is tommorrow morning...π€¦ββοΈ
Does anyone have any helpful advice or material to prepare for this test tommorrow? Any help is appreciated
My scheduleβs looking quite busy as Iβm getting closer to test dates. Currently, I have APWH planned on May 20, but I then have AP Calc, Lang, and Micro the next week with just one day in between each.
I still feel like I have a good amount of content to review for APWH bc of school being online this year, and I also am taking AP French next Monday, which Iβll take the majority of my time too.
I donβt plan on applying as a history major, and probably something related to biology.
Would it be alright to not take the APWH exam? I just thought that it could be better to try to score higher on the other tests I do have. I donβt know if itβs not good to not take the AP exam, and what colleges would think of that since I wouldnβt have a score for a course I took.
(For context, I got a 5 in apush last year and 4 in bio, but also took a nice sat bio m test) Iβm a junior too
Thank you!
I'm in high school, 10th grade. The test is $95 and I want to be a nurse
I hate English and that has always been my most boring and least liked class and it still is my most disliked class but it is far more interesting than AP world history
Does anyone have any links to practice tests for APWH? I'm practically begging at this point.
I'll be back in a few hours
I know there is multiple choice, saqs, and a dbq, but how much time should I give each section? I know multiple choice is an hour (45 questions correct?) but I forget how long the other section is. In my ap language and composition exam, I timed myself for my essays but I donβt know how much time to give myself for the open ended responses. Also, how should I study for the SAQs? And how long should my responses be? A few sentences or a few paragraphs? I have mine on the 3rd and havenβt begun studying yet so any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Hey guys. I have been struggling with AP World History multiple choice questions. Like I know the content but the MCQs are just so confusing and unnecessarily difficult for me. Do any of you have any advice or any resources I can use to practice because I bought the Princeton book in January and I already finished all of the multiple choice? Please please help me. It would be greatly appreciated.
Ive been sick with covid for the last week and missed some classes. I just found out that we're having exams next week on monday. How do i study for it?
What unit is everyone studying in AP World History right now?
Currently my class is on Unit 5 (Revolutions) in AP Classroom and practicing DBQs on this unit as well. We've been doing MCQs reviewing chapters 17 to 28 as well.
Is our class behind or going at an appropriate pace? (our test will be in the second week of May on paper!)
Is it possible to get a 5 on the World History exam by just studying the Princeton Review AP World History Premium Prep 2021 book?
I'm currently going into 8th grade next year and I signed up for pre ap world history. I'm going to be able to do the work but will it be stressful?
I have endured AP would history almost all year and have been receiving copious amounts of work. Every week I am working about 2.5-4 hours on each chapter of the textbook, taking video notes from ap central and notes from the book. Multiply 2.5-4 hours per chapter by 4 chapters (average) a week and I am working constantly to keep up. Just a day ago, my teacher dropped NINE chapters due next Sunday (In 8 days). I am not sure what to do because there is almost no way I am going to get this finished. The teacher has already posted a project for the following week. I have already emailed him about the crazy amount of work, but do not expect any change. Throughout the year when he has done similar things, nothing has happened when I email him. The whole class is buried in work and way behind. Not to toot my own horn, but I am one of a few who are barely keeping up. I don't want to become the kid who runs to admin every time a teacher screws up but this seems crazy. Any advice?
Hi all,
Our AP World History: Modern class is on 5.3 right now, but I find some of my friends' schools in Unit 7 already. Is our class behind for the May exams? Please help!

Hello there! I'm taking AP World History and APES, and I don't want to really spend money on the prepbooks. I'm here asking for help. Does anyone have a website that can provide a free 2020 or 2021 prepbook or a pdf that I can read to study? (I'm pretty broke... :(). Thanks!
AP World History is the only AP my school offers for 10th grade, and it's my first AP. My AP World teacher told me that whether or not I want to take the AP test is moreso up to me since I want to go into nursing, that it's not particularly important for nursing, but I'm still conflicted. If I don't take it but take a test next yr for AP Stats and my AP Science courses, will this be bad?
Iβm currently typing an essay on the extent of which the mongols facilitated a network of exchange during the period 1200-1400. My 3 topics are religion, economics, and culture. If anyone has any idea how to help, thatβd be greatly appreciated
This might be a stupid question, but how have you guys been learning the curriculum? Do you follow it as the college board lays out the units and their AP daily videos?
For reference, we haven't learned anything beyond 1450 , and kind of just jump around.
If I were to go off of AMSCO Modern World History 2019, we're still on Period 1.
Is AP world history hard? I absolutely hate social studies/history but I've done well in the past. Is it more rote memorization or conceptual understanding. I'm better at memorizing but I can understand if I have enough time. Also are the tests/quizzes more written response or multiple choice? And around how often are they given?
Also I was thinking of taking AP Statistics next year. I'm good at math and I enjoy it. I've never gotten lower than a 92 (this year), but its usually above a 95. However, I've also always been a little ahead of the material that was being taught. This either turns math into a free class for me or gives time to catch up on something I don't understand. I'm sure this won't be able to be the case if I take AP Stat. How's the workload and how fast does the class move? Do most GSMST kids do well in the class and on the exam?
