- Belfast - Down To Joy, by Van Morrison. Apparently a re-work of "Coming Down To Joy". Is this even eligible? Nowhere to be found on YouTube nor Spotify. Need more info.
- Long Promise Road - Right Were I Belong, by Brian Wilson. 60s Beach Boys vibe. might appeal to older voters because of sentimentaly.
- Bruised - Automatic Woman, by H.E.R. Nothing exciting to write about, it feels gimmicky and repetitive, and they just awarded H.E.R. last year.
- Cinderella - Dream Girl, by Idina Menzel. A musical tune perfect for Idina, it basically narrates the story, which is what musical songs do. Dramatic, but nothing outstanding.
- CODA - Beyond The Shore, by Emilia Jones. Nice pop-folksy ballad that could've been written by Diane Warren and could've given her better odds this year. Jones' voice is beautiful and the instrumentations are gorgeous. Filler nomination if it makes it.
- Dear Evan Hansen - The Anonymous Ones, by SZA. A very contained pop tune with lyrics on point for the movie it represents. SZA's vocals are perfect. Will the reaction for Hansen prevent it from the nomination? We'll see.
- Don't Look Up - Just Look Up, by Ariana Grande & Kid Cudi. A power ballad with the perfect voice of Ariana that encaptures the satire this movie is. Is the academy going to nominate a song that says "we really fuck it up"? I believe they will. Would be a great ceremony moment.
- Encanto - Dos Origuitas, by Sebastián Yatra. The most beautiful ballad and song overall among the shortlist. I speak spanish so I get the lyrics un-filtered. My only complain is that Disney+ translated the lyrics "Mientras se abrazan con sentimiento" where "con sentimiento" means "with feeling" and they subtitled "consent", the confusion comes because "con sentimiento (with feeling)" sounds the same as "consentimiento (consent).I hope this doesn't affects it because this is my winner. Does we know what version will they listen to? English or Spanish?
- Four Good Days - Somehow You Do, by Reba McEntire. This inspirational country ballad obviously advanced because of the power name that Warren is. It's a good song, but not a homerun.

I don't want to step on anybody's toes here, but the amount of non-dad jokes here in this subreddit really annoys me. First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.
Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.

Back in April I made this post in which I listed updates on cases (names given back to Jane/John Doe's, arrests made et cetera).
It took a painstaking amount of time and instead of either a) never doing it again or b) doing it in a year's time when it will take an equal amount of effort, I figured I'd try stay on top of it and give some more updates that have happened since I made that post.
I have tried to include the year of the crime at the start of each case this time around, so you can see just how far back some of these Doe's & Cold Cases are being solved. The past two years have seen so many names being given back and arrests made. Just look at the amount of times I had to type out 'DNA'. :)

A production's presence on this list doesn't mean it was the Best of any given year, but simply that it was notable enough to share. I have generally avoided Contemporary Westerns and tried to spotlight Feature movies where I could.
