They just discussed past chapters of the manga and in the end they said to look forward to the season finale. I'm guessing they'll announce next season/movie after the season finale like how JJK movie was announced after the season finale.

No idea if Inagaki or Boichi will be a part of it, but later on thereโs a My Hero Academia event (โEpisode 23 Cast Commentary Live Streamingโ) that seems official, so this online event looks like itโs the real deal.
