Do you really think I leave it sitting around on pallets waiting to be shipped out?” The truth was, of course, he did keep it on pallets, and it would take very little time to ship it out, but that wasn’t the point. Give in to an unreasonable demand, just once, and that became the new expectation, and next time she’d make a new unreasonable demand. Besides, he wanted all traces of their visitors long gone before he let any of her scum into his valley. He waited.

“You misunderstand.” The neutral tone of the translation program grated on his ears. It was bad enough talking to an object like it was a person. Having some soulless automaton relay his words and the response back and forth, converting to and from the alien tongue, was almost more than he could stand. “I only need a sample of the product. Enough to fit in one small Human transport. I swear on the throne of the Empress, you will have ample warning before I require the bulk transferred.”

I manually added them all within the space of 3 days, pretty exhausting to say the least but it’s done. If you guys know any other artists who might be missing comment them down below. This was the best I could do.

I started from artists with 40M+ scrobbles, initially thought of starting with artists with 10M+ but i figured it’d take an entire week if not a month to gather as many artists and their stats.

Chapter 20: Reunion

Sophie picked up the black pistol. A lot of people thought a .38 snub nose revolver was a little old lady’s gun, but she knew better. A Smith and Wesson 642 airweight has an unpleasant kick, especially in hands that were starting to go arthritic. She much preferred the ballast provided by a full-sized Beretta, and the option of a single-action trigger pull helped. Isaac had disappeared; he wouldn’t willingly spend more time in the ice house than he had to. The cold that she was doing her best to ignore weighed heavy on the old man. He had important matters to attend in any case. James was already down the length of the main cavern, and Sophie followed him carefully. He wasn’t in the right frame of mind to do what really needed to be done, but she was, and she didn’t want him to know about it. As she had hoped, he went in after the Shil. That left Alice to her.

James had worked for Isaac for a time and knew the ins and outs of the ice house. Sophie, on the other hand, was surprised when the meat locker was empty except for an armed guard and hanging carcasses. She was more surprised to see that it was Noah sitting vigil, bundled up in blankets and a .22 rifle across his lap. He jumped up when she came in, holding the rifle at port arms, finger safely off the trigger.

“Boy, what the hell are you doing here?” Sophie’s voice was softer than her words would suggest. She walked down the aisle between rows of dressed deer and moose, until she and the young man were eye to eye.

“F-Father says I’m old enough to work, so here I am.” He spoke with all the bravado a teenager could summon, faced by the embodiment of his fear. Sophie just nodded, and patted him on the shoulder.

“Well, if Isaac says you’re ready to carry a gun, it’s not my place to argue.” She pointedly didn’t comment on the bolt-action pea-shooter that had probably last seen action at a Boy Scout camp’s rifle range. It seemed to give the kid some confidence, and that was good enough for her given the circumstances. “I need to talk to that woman, will you take me to her?”

These studies demonstrate what was and is already known: natural immunity for a SARS-type virus is robust, long-lasting, and broadly effective even in the case of mutations, generally more so than vaccines. In fact, a major contribution of 20th-century science has been to expand upon and further elucidate this principle that has been known since the ancient world. Every expert presumably knew this long before the current debates. The effort to pretend otherwise is a scientific scandal of the highest order, especially because the continued neglect of the topic is affecting the rights and freedoms of billions of people.

People who have contracted the virus and recovered deserve recognition. The realization that natural immunity – which pertains now to perhaps half of the US population and billions around the world – is effective in providing protection should have a dramatic effect on vaccine mandates.

Individuals whose livelihoods and liberties are being deprecated and deleted need access to the scientific literature as it pertains to this virus. They should send a link to this page far and wide. The scientists have not been silent; they just haven’t received the public attention they deserve. Chapter 19

Jim was up, packing the trunk of his car well before dawn. The argument had gone late into the night and he hadn’t changed either woman’s mind. Once he accepted that, they spent the rest of the night listening to Riva relate Ashley’s grand strategy, and making plans. Jim wasn’t surprised to learn how much of it hinged on him, whether the rebel leader knew it or not.

This would be his last trip into the secure zone. The last time he would have to face Chalya. By nightfall, he’d probably be in an Interior holding cell, if he was still alive. But right now, Chalya was still in love with him. She had broken every policy the base had, after he told her about the mugging, and now he could carry a gun onto campus. In fact, he had been waved right through the checkpoint every time for the past month.

He loaded two sacks of confectioner’s sugar into the trunk, snug against a 20-lb canister of welding oxygen with the label scratched off and replaced with one reading “CO2 Inert Gas”. His backpack held his laptop and a myriad of tools and adapters, and in the back seat were two duffel bags stuffed full.

Jim pulled up to the guard shack well before dawn. It wasn’t unusual for him to arrive early or leave late, and the guard at the gate took his ID with no particular interest while her partner was just barely visible in the hut, slumped in a chair and apparently asleep. The Marine’s blank faceplate swiveled to take in the bags he had in the back seat. The calm tone of the translated voice issued through the speakers. “Civilian, what is in those containers behind you?”

This was more scrutiny than he’d come to expect. Of course, he was bringing in a lot more gear than he usually did. Most days, it was ingredients or cooking supplies, today apart from the sugar and gas in the trunk, he had electronic surveillance gear, weapons, every bit of cash and valuables his little family had scraped together, and other bits of his life up to now he couldn’t live without. All barely hidden in the duffel bags under a few changes of clothes. ”Listen,” he said to the Marine. “Can I tell you a secret?”
