I don't know if I can overstate how big of a deal these people are in Canada.
Is this the first time DE has snagged independently famous people for music or voice acting? I can't think of any other examples. I wonder if they'll stick with Canadian talent or branch out to other countries — they already have employees overseas, so they probably have the legal framework for international recruitment. Are we gonna see Green Day do a song for the Solaris, or a Baby Metal infested theme, if DE gets big enough?
