Al Reem Island development

Hello guys,

I’ve recently moved to Abu Dhabi and had a little walking tour of Al Reem island today, as it is where I’ll most likely look for an apartment. I saw some truly impressive buildings, but also a lot of unused land.

Do you know if there are projects to build all over the island (which are now on hold for obvious reasons), or is the project already completed and it will stay like this?

Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone could give me any pros and cons of living in any of the towers on Al Reem?

I’m looking and would love an insiders opinion on where to live, The Gate / Sun / Sand / Oceanscape and the others...

Are there any to be avoided? Is build quality better in some and worse in others? Etc etc etc.
