There are so many, I can't stop thinking of many. Maybe in the future we will have to dedicate a particular question to each topic that you are going to publish here.
But 3 of them would be.
1.The Tri-ni-sette in general and the vongola ring in particular.
Originally there were not 21 pieces but seven stones. Later on, the suckers were created and then the rings. Why did each piece then acquire a different power? What is the power of the vongola ring? Is there a window in having "stored the scences of the ancient bearers"? Or are they just there to see if the new ring owner is "worthy"?
That is the longest topic and generates more questions for me, maybe in the future I will dedicate its own space to it.

- The secret society to which Innocenti, Koenig and Verde belonged. The creators of the "boxes" created with the plans designed centuries ago by Lorenzini who belonged to this same organization.
A secret organization of geniuses of which nothing is known. There was so much potential in that idea.

Originaly, just after the Varia arc there was suppose to be a complete arc about Gokudera and his family (something about his relationship with his dad).
There also this tower thing arc taking place after de final one wich would've been very dark.
we don't have a lot of details since it's from an interview where Amano brevely speak about the missed/abandonned arcs but personnaly i think these are missed opportunity
too bad that shonen jump forced her to stop the manga.

Hey ya'll. I'm looking for the picture referred to in this post from 2009. It's apparently art drawn by Katekyo Hitman Reborn!'s Amano, Akira drawn for the movie? (The second movie I presume based on the date.)
Additional info: "Amano's drawing the Gurren Lagann cast cosplaying as the Reborn cast. (Meaning, Viral as Gokudera, Rossiu as Yamamoto, and Simon appropriately as Tsuna...) "
A quick search got me zilch. (Even a somewhat more thorough search.)

Ok, Ik ik. Wheres khr?!!!!?!! Listen. Im sure that shes aware of people wanting her too continue khr (which shes allowed too do. But she probably wants too go through her creative process and do ither series for now)Although i do think one day she will do a one shot too continue khr. Im thinking if this doesnt do well or when it ends she will go for it. She will go ahead and continue KHR with Tsuna Training too be Neo Vongola Primo! We will just have too hope and see. Very excited too see her new series though! And glad too see her back with weekly shonen jump! She has a series Right Now Eldlive. Which is incredible i love it. But its going too end in 4-5 chapters. That series was a digital only. So now thats shes back with weekly shonen jump its getting closer and closer too the possible KHR continuation!!!! Yes im super excited :)
