I don't want to step on anybody's toes here, but the amount of non-dad jokes here in this subreddit really annoys me. First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.
Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.

Try telling these sexual jokes that get posted here, to your kid and see how your spouse likes it.. if that goes well, Try telling one of your friends kid about your sex life being like Coca cola, first it was normal, than light and now zero , and see if the parents are OK with you telling their kid the "dad joke"

For context I'm a Refuse Driver (Garbage man) & today I was on food waste. After I'd tipped I was checking the wagon for any defects when I spotted a lone pea balanced on the lifts.

Hi everyone! I have a great endochronologist who has been helping me holistically but I feel like I'm at a loss for next steps.
I have hashimotos, with a butterfly rash, foot/knee/wrist arthritis, and autoimmune allergies (leading into AI allergy relates asthma). Because of my other issues, my hashimotos is believed to be secondary to a primary autoimmune issue and AI issues run in my family.
Lately, I've been getting deep purple bruises all over my legs, especially on my ankles and shins. When I got a massage recently (which I used to get a lot of before the pandemic), my back ended up purple with finger prints visible.
My endo said this looks a lot like vasculitis and tested my ANA. He suspected lupus and then possibly rhuematoid.
My ANA came back negative. Here's my issue. This is the sixth time I've been tested for all this. I go through a lot looking at my symptoms and it's come back to lupus for twelve years now. I feel like I'm running on a hamster wheel at this point and when I feel like I'm making progress on a diagnosis, I'm really getting back in line for the same ride.
It feels like insanity at this point. Does anyone have any suggestions for steps forward or things I should look at outside of this? I'm considering a concierge doctor to avoid the hamster wheel, but also, is there a test other than ANA or a diagnosis other than lupus I should look at?
I appreciate any help. I'm at a loss. It's not that I want something to be wrong with me. I just want an answer and to get off this hamster wheel.
