Stuck at this screen while trying to update to Monterey from Big Sur. I don't think there is a hardware issue as this happened because of installing the update . Mac can't boot because it can't find internal ssd. disk utility also doesn't show the drive so can't do fresh install internet recovery.

So far I tried to serach Big Sur on the apple website, which directs me to app store page but somehow can't load. On the app store big sur doesn't show up, and system preference doesn't allow me to choose anything but Monterey.
Any possible ways?
