What would you look for, technically speaking, when buying this type of equipment?

Abstract
To date, hydrogen (H2) therapy has received widespread attention. However, X-ray triggered sustainable H2-producing materials with controlled release for cancer treatment have not been reported. Herein, an X-ray triggered sustainable in situ H2 producing platform, Au NR-TiO2@ZnS:Cu,Co-A(Au-TiO2@ZnS), composed of Au-amorphous TiO2 nano-dumbbell-shaped heterostructure coated with long afterglow particles, was developed for cancer synergistic H2-radiotherapy. The mechanism of H2 production was verified by theoretical calculations and in vitro experiments. Changes in the apoptosis pathway caused by the synergistic effect of H2 and radiotherapy were reported. Guided by its excellent photoacoustic imaging capabilities, mice with orthotopic liver cancer achieved excellent therapeutic effects and low inflammatory side effects, suggesting that Au-TiO2@ZnS has promising application potential for cancer treatment and prognosis.

Working at a hospital in a Midwestern US town. Had more COVID patients last night than I've seen since last spring. Black means air on x-rays and I saw multiple 30-somethings whose lungs were nearly solid white. They were in critical condition...those who weren't talking about how cold they were, on ventilators & couldn't talk at all. Just a few years older than me and still dying from this shit that people say isn't real. I SEE their lungs. I take the FUCKING PICTURES goddammit. I've watched some of them die. The vaccines might be out & helping but this shit is making a resurgence. Get your fucking shots, I don't want to x-ray your lungs and see this...nobody should ever see this. Even the fucking radiologists tell me it's different from pneumonia, it's a completely new phenomenon. This is some scary shit. I'm so fucking traumatized and I'm not even the nurse who holds their hand on their way out of this world. I have no congruent words, I am just crying. This was all such fucking bullshit. Please stay safe.....fuck.
Edit: For clarification, these were mostly patients with persistent and/or worsening symptoms who had been admitted, though I have seen some just as awful during their first ER visit. Please only consult medical professionals for advice and not strangers on the internet. Thank you for all the encouragement.
Edit 2: No I will not be sharing any x-rays, that goes against hospital policy even when kept anonymous in accordance with privacy laws. This post was just something I needed to get off my chest. If you want to see what "COVID lung" looks like, you can literally type that in Google Images right now and see what I've seen half a dozen times per shift lately. To everyone else, thank you for sharing your stories as well. We really are in this together.
I recently acquired an x-ray unit, it's unlabeled but from the research i've done it looks to be a medstone 200 series. does anyone know where I can find a service manual or information on this machine? Or who to ask?
Mainly I'd like to find the Input power specs and the part number for the thermal fuse on the head unit, and then from there I would like to verify that the rest of the wiring is correct since it looks like it has been worked on in the past.
(update: some kickass service guy from SCOTRAD have told me it might be a medstone 200 series, which I didn't know existed, slight chance they may give it to me, such nice people).

A few years ago I slipped off the ladder at work and hurt my ankle/foot and had to go to the doctor that the workplace provided. The conversation with the nurse still ticks me off to this day.
Nurse- Could you be pregnant? If you are we can’t do x-rays. Me- no I’m not. Nurse- are you sure? Are you sexually active? We’re out of pregnancy tests here but the dollar store is next door and we could hold your place. Go take one and come back. Me- I’m currently bleeding out of my vagina for the 5th day in a row, I’m very sure I’m not pregnant.
I got my x-ray without taking a pregnancy test, and they misdiagnosed it as a sprain. I actually broke my foot and 2 toes. You bet I called and complained.
edit I do know it’s protocol to ask if I’m pregnant before getting x-rays done but she has asked me on 3 different occasions while I was being examined if I was pregnant, the third time was when she told me to buy the test.
I think I normally would have rolled me eyes and ignore what happened but the fact that I had been walking around for a week on a broken foot and toes before getting a second opinion is what really set me off
