There's an issue with WP8.1 phones not having marketplace acces, which has been discussed already recently:

My question is: is the marketplace working for Windows 10 Mobile devices? If not, then that would give me hope that the store might be available for at least a short time before december 16th when the store officially closes for WP8.1 users.
Edit: should clarify, can you not only open the store, but also buy, download and update apps?

This game has the makings of getting VERY big. It's on Stellar, BSC, and WAX for extremely low fees - and is a tried and true type of game - could be said to be a sort of mix between Clash of Clans, Age of Empires, and Stardew Valley perhaps.
You can sign-up for beta testing here which is slated for the coming month or so for public.
It will be on both mobile and desktop. Mobile has a small cost to begin playing. Desktop version is 100% free to begin playing. I think having both is really important to reaching critical mass, which this has the makings for, I think. So much going for this game. Excited to see how it turns out.

Good one to keep an eye on. Looks fun, but also accessible to all sorts of different people.

I tried the new fifa.even though it has good ui graphics and above average gameplay.. The game is heavily p2w. You can't do shit without paying a lot or waiting for days...
Konami should be aware of fifa short comings... Only thing i am scared of is what if pes goes the same way as fifa by being too much p2w..
