A list of puns related to "The Monkees discography"
And then I saw her face
She said, "Oh, that's sad. I used to watch that show!"
Me: "I think you're lying."
She walked into the room where my daughter and I were sitting, aghast.
Me again, to my daughter: "Well I thought she was lying, but then I saw her face, and now I'm a believer!"
Is there anyone here who actually watched the debut episode of The Monkees on September 12, 1966? Iβve read a few anecdotes online from people who remember seeing βbreaking newsβ announcements during the broadcast that said one of The Beatles had been in a serious car accident in London. These news flashes seemingly only appeared regionally - in certain East and West Coast markets. Even stranger, these viewers remember waiting to hear more details of the βaccidentβ on the evening news - but no mention was ever made. I realize this is a very random question, but as both a Beatles and Monkees fan who wasnβt around in the β60s, I find this incident very curious and sort of creepy.
But then I saw her face.
Many a times i see random song recommendations on my feed. Those are usually their most popular songs. I love that song so much that i decide to look up other music. But in a row all their other songs disappoint. I'm not very impatient or pessimistic so i decide to wait for their new release. If that too disappoints, i more than often give up for good. Ever happened with y'all? Which song? Which artist? Do you have any hopes or you've totally given up?
Tysm!
