I just watched Mission Impossible: Fallout. There is a character in it called the “White Widow” who visually follows the Blonde Bombshell style trope: blonde, shiny, sculpted hair, fair skin, soft makeup; you know, the “Marylin Monroe” look, which of course Jean Harlow and Mae West had before her. Where did this “classic” style originate? Was it present in the theatre, before films? Why do you think this style has persisted for so long?

My TBM dad is executive secretary and he got the call from the dad of the family requesting their records be removed. My dad is freaking tf out about it has been making calls left and right about it, trying to get the bishopric over there to talk them out of it— y’know, rather than immediately honoring their request. The dad of the family was my teachers quorum advisor, and the mom was in the primary and relief society presidencies. The kids ages are (I might be a bit off here) 19, 16, 12, and 8. I know the oldest has been inactive for a while since she went off to college (not BYU), but the entire family leaving even has me gobsmacked.
Summary: Japanese television news is reporting that the CDC did not detect the flu in some of the more than 14,000 deaths that were attributed to this year's flu, SUGGESTING that these people may have actually died of the Coronavirus.
I can find NO such statements by the CDC, no press releases, nothing to this effect.

There is nothing new in the video.
It’s reporting the US started tests for COVID-19 in major cities, since there are quite few samples, taken from patients with flu like symptoms, came back negative for flu.
They are talking about those PCR tests in 5 cities, which are supposed to be under way.
