A list of puns related to "ShowBiz Pizza Place"
Hi all, this is going to be a bit of a strange request, but please *bear* with me. ;)
I'm a bit of an animatronic enthusiast. I'm local to this area, and I remember quite fondly visiting the Chuck-E-Cheese's on 76th street. This location used to be a ShowBiz Pizza in the 80s. What's really special about this location is that it was one of only 3 in the nation to receive a special Yogi Bear animatronic as a test for a possible collaboration that never quite made it through. The problem is that there is little to no documentation or pictures of this anywhere, and I'd like to change that. This promotion began in 1987 and only lasted about a year.
If anyone here remembers seeing this animatronic, or has any other stories about this location, it would be awesome if you could share! Even nicer would be any sort of pictures or news articles, but I realize this is a bit of a stretch. Thank you so much for reading! :)
I've always heard, that after the Concept Unification process that "Uncle Klunk" was retrofitted into "Uncle Pappy" Who is that?
Hello, Iβm trying to refurbish an old Showbiz pizza animatronic, well would be if I had one. Has anybody found any parts to their robots while diving? I know you can find them in a lot of places (hell, someone dumped a Chuck-E-Cheese robot on the side of the road once), but Iβve never actually found any.
Hey guys! My name is Claudia and Iβm a huge thrift store junkie. Recently I found a shoebox full of old cassette tapes when I was volunteering at a local thrift store, and the owner, Mr. Carlson, was kind enough to let me bring them home! He didnβt have anything to play the tapes on but I have my dadβs old cassette player so he figured I would make better use of them than he would.
Neither of us knew whether there was anything even on the cassettes but I decided it would be cool to see if there was, and if there wasnβt, I could play around with them and record stuff of my own! So when I got home, I was really excited and I got everything set up and played the first tape. It was really weird, but it was also quite interesting. Of course, I thought, the people of nosleep would love something like this, so Iβm gonna be transcribing the tapes on here! This will be tape number one. I also figured that you guys might be able to help me figure out what these tapes are talking aboutβ you guys are great detectives!
The person who recorded these tapes doesnβt give a name, but it is a man. Sounds relatively young, probably no older than forty, but who knows, really!
TAPE ONE Hello. Today is June 17th, 1985. It is 5:00 PM exactly.
(Loud exhale, probably a sigh)
I donβt really know what Iβm doing recording this. I think I just need to get this whole thing out of my system. I donβt have anyone to talk to right now. Not even my coworkers. I canβt put them at risk.
Iβm at my apartment right now; I considered recording this while I was on my break but I didnβt want to risk anyone overhearing. Weβre, uh, not supposed to talk about this kind of stuff. Even amongst employees itβs discouraged, but if I donβt tell someone Iβm going to go insane. And maybe this will be able to act as evidence one day if all this crazy shit turns out to be real. I donβt know anymore.
(About a minute of silence. Nothing can be heard except a quiet shuffling.)
I guess if this is gonna act asβ I donβt know, evidence, or an official account, I should probably give some more details.
I have been an employee at a local pizzeria for about a year now. Since it opened. I do a little bit of everything but mostly I am a cashier and floor worker. The pizzeria is a franchised location of Showbiz Pizza Place, although most people just call it Showbiz. The location Iβm at is relatively new. We were built a little bit before the company merged with our bankrupt competitor, Pizza Time Theatre. If you
