It's worrying me a lot that NA owners are still pushing Riot into lifting import rules wich would absolutely destroy the best competetive scene of Esports.
No other game has had such an amazing system with full support from the developer, based on local regions/countries and international tournaments on the middle of the calendar. Like any other worldwide sport. It is not perfect, specially for minor regions, those wildcard tournaments hold a lot of regions down back then. But still, no other game has ever had the support and structure that League got and keeps getting, its a insane eco-system that no other game ever had.
Lfting the import rule would destroy everything, specially wildcard regions that already have insane hardwork to develop. In the end it would only benift these already rich owners, so they can fullfil their already full pockets with money. While destroying any kinda of narrative from zero to hero we have had.
League community needs to keep pressure on Riot so this can never happen, just like football fans did. I'm a brazilian and I also get sad that our teams struggles internationally, but there will be sports where your country is good and others you are not and it will take time to improve.
NA owners doesn't care about the improvement part, they just want to buy the most famous players to get more money out of it.

Her parents have anti-vax views, but since she works as a cashier and encounters people frequently in close proximity, she needed to get it. She had no idea they would kick her out for it, and they didn't give her any warning or tell her this would happen. She just got the vaccine and then was told she needs to be gone from the house.
She is just finishing up her first year of college, and now her living conditions are very unstable. She's currently renting a room in a share house using her meager savings, but she won't be able to afford it for long. Obviously she is very stressed about the whole situation and now has to worry about where she can live, where her next meal will come from, etc.
A very sad situation for one of the nicer streamers on Twitch. Although she is obviously much less famous, it reminds me of when Doublelift himself was in the same position not so many years ago.
EDIT: I am not a legal expert by any means, but since the age of emancipation (meaning the age at which a child gains full rights and parents no longer have responsibility to provide for it) is 21 in New York state, this action by her parents may be illegal.

UPDATE: Yassuo has indicated he wants to do a charity stream sometime in the next week to help raise money for her situation. This is really good news and will probably make a big difference for her.
In the past day or so I've run into 3 or 4 accounts that have remade a MASSIVE amount of games. I don't know if it's a bot or what but they don't communicate in champ select at all, the load in takes forever (presumably because they dc) and then the game remakes.
I've remade three games today because of these accounts, is there a reason for this or is legit just to waste peoples time...? The only thing I can think of is to artificially lower their winrate? Because some have 0 wins 60+ losses etc...
Also, how are these accounts not banned or in super low prio queue yet???

Posting this for public notice but it's a really interesting game that's going to be happening judging by the oddshifts. It's a pretty well known fact that these russian mixes have been matchfixing with NA stacks for a very long time, and while you'd have to be completely and utterly stupid to get caught like the xuan stack back last year (triple plug pull), the odds shift for the Wind and Rain vs Felt is extremely interesting to note and is almost 100% going to be a matchfix unless they get scared and forfeit when called out in public.

This also happened in the Felt vs Eboys game yesterday, but seeing as I don't know as much about the Eboys team to call them out while Wind and Rain is basically an entire team of extremely well known match fixers (sword/satesate/madara/szabo), it's pretty obvious what will happen here unless they get cold feet from a post like this getting upvoted. This kind of odd shift - never - happens in legitimate games.
