A list of puns related to "Molybdenum deficiency"
There are small white spots on my nails. I also developed crepitus, twiches. I have no idea why my armpit smells like rotten egg/sulfurish
I know there are many on specific nutrients like k2 c e folate ect...
but i have yet to find one that finds the mortality for people with the highest nutrient intake in gen eral.
i can only find ones about supplements
Female, age 39. I have Crohnβs disease, leaky gut, histamine intolerance, and sulfur sensitivity. I had an emergency bowel resection in summer 2020 after a severe bowel obstruction caused my intestines to perforate; as a result Iβm missing a portion of my colon and small intestine as well as my ileocecal valve. I have endless diarrhea, fatigue, brain fog, joint pain, and am obviously prone to intestinal inflammation. Iβm caught in a loop where everything that seems to help one aspect of difficulty, hurts me in another way. Curious if anyone has any ideas for how to unravel this.
-My B12 levels were very low so my doctor recently prescribed B12 injections. My mild histamine intolerance became severe, I believe as a consequence of these injections.
-Iβm most likely very deficient in glutathione since when I supplement it, it dramatically relieves my symptoms of histamine intolerance. But I canβt take glutathione because the sulfur content wreaks havoc on my digestion. I canβt tolerate NAC either, or Taurine.
-500mg of Niacin (with flush) has a dramatic effect in relieving my symptoms of histamine intolerance. So far I canβt feel any negative effect from taking this, but my understanding is that Niacin hinders methylation, and Iβm assuming Iβm an under-methylator due to being homozygous for MTHFR C677T.
-Cayenne extract has a dramatic effect on my general feeling of well-being. It seems to help with my digestion and helps me not feel cold all time, but I canβt use it often or it causes histamine overload.
-Taking Bismuth, which binds to hydrogen sulfide gas and removes it from the body, dramatically alleviates my symptoms of brain fog and fatigue, but Bismuth isnβt safe to take indefinitely, especially with a glutathione deficiency, so this isnβt a long term solution.
-Iβve been taking Optimal GI powder (by Seeking Health) to try to repair my leaky gut, but I think the sulfur content of some of the ingredients might be causing digestive issues so I need to find an alternative without the sulfur containing ingredients.
-Iβm extremely sensitive to hormonal fluctuations. I was never able to take birth control without immediate issues when I was younger, had a lot of Crohnβs flaring while breastfeeding (and having no menstrual cycle), and I respond positively to supplementing with progesterone cream.
Anybody have any ideas for how to break this cycle?
Iβm particularly interested in ideas for how to support sulfation pathways. Iβm already eating a low

In late June, I ordered a 60*600mg NAC from Life Extensions. I wanted to do a general detox, and friends, internet folks suggested me NAC for increasing intra cellular glutathione levels. I also took the vaccine too. Also, I started taking NAC in late June, 1200mg/day dosage. Even the first days I started experiencing lingering muscle and joint pain, and a bit later chest pain, mild shortness of breath. But first I though this is a detox effect, or due the vaccine. I heard lots of people telling they are having chest pain, joint pain after vaccination. I stopped taking, but a bit later I resumed. In August, I developed full body painless joint popping, asymmetric pins and needles in left leg, varicose-like veins in chest, bulging, visible veins even in my freaking palms. My muscles are twitching as hell. I suspect I developed B12 deficiency, because cells pulls out the B12 from the serum to make glutathione. My another theory is, I didnβt take selenium and molybdenum (I am taking now), that is basically necessary for glutathione production. I browsed this subreddit, and I read so many terrifying stuff about nac, like lung artery remodeling, methyl trap. I am so scared. I stopped taking my supplements. (Anyway I am 5 months post vaxx, so I donβt think if there is a connection between the two). Help!
I don't want to step on anybody's toes here, but the amount of non-dad jokes here in this subreddit really annoys me. First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.
Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.
I want to write a post on supplements as it is always a huge and often controversial topic for sufferers. Especially lately with threads on high dose B1 that appear and make people become hopeful that this could fix them. Before, it used to be B12 or iron.
I myself am an advocate of B1, because it has helped me immensely to get better. Doing the research, I found out how a substantial role it has in energy metabolism. However, I do not think that B1 (or any other supplement for that matter) will ever fix or lessen the symptoms for everyone with CFS. It simply can not. And here is the reason why:
Everyone needs a sufficient level of ALL the vitamins and minerals to function properly. And there are just so many:
Vitamin C, vitamin b12, magnesium, vitamin D, iron, selenium, manganese, zinc, copper, sodium, vitamin E, vitamin K, potassium, biotin, folates, vitamin B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, molybdenum, chromium and others.
If one for example severely lacks zinc or selenium, then this causes problems and disruptions in their metabolism, immune system, hormonal system, nervous system with symptoms popping up like diarrhea or hair loss or fatigue.
If such sufferer then goes online to research supplements and fixes for their symptoms, they might come accross people advocating biotin against hair loss and B2 against fatigue. But if the underlying cause of their problem is zinc or selenium deficiency, no biotin or B2 is ever gonna fix them.
B1 is important for energy metabolism, yes. Without sufficient B1 people will lack energy. But if your underlying problem is iron deficiency, then no amount of B1 is gonna fix you.
People often think of supplements like drugs. They think that this or that supplement will take away their fatigue or cure their skin issues or allergies. But the thing is, that it is only going to do that if the underlying problem that caused their issues in the first place was a deficiency in the relevant mineral or vitamin.
Iron will not give you energy if it's not iron deficiency that's the cause of your lack of energy.
Some supplements can sometimes indeed act like drugs. The B1 can stimulate cell metabolism even if you don't have a B1 deficiency. But it will not be able to cure you or make you better, if you actually lack B12 or iron or potassium at the same time.
The consequence of this thinking is that everyone should make sure that there is nothing that they lack. That their body has all the vitamins and minerals it needs to function prop

Value in: genetics access, plant selections + health (epigenetics), and most importantly, testing of the seeds. You can throw two good plants together and the seeds can turn out poorly. It is quick, cheap and easy to make seeds but takes time to test them and know what to expect (ie finishing times, resistance to stress etc). Avoid "white label" seeds
Autos typically need more work than photos for consistency. My top picks:

- Nightowl (Darkowl upcoming Darkhorse collab)
- Gnome Automatics (previously Mandalorian)
- Brothermendel Selections
- Rocbud Inc
- Binary Selections
Terminology:
> F1: (filial gen1) Combo of different strains (aka outcross). F2 seeds are made by breeding F1 seeds (aka incross/IX). F3 from breeding F2 seeds etc
> Bx: (backcross) Bred back to parents/grandparents
> S1: (selfed) Bred to itself via reversal spray. S2 from S1 seeds etc
> IBL: (in-breeding line) Inbred for uniformity in desired traits
> Feminised: Pollen from reversed females creates female seeds
> Autoflower: Ruderalis genetics that flower independent of light cycle

I'm wondering as I've just noticed that my fertilizer does not include any of these.
Thanks in advance.

I'm surprised it hasn't decade.
Don't you know a good pun is its own reword?
Two muffins are in an oven, one muffin looks at the other and says "is it just me, or is it hot in here?"
Then the other muffin says "AHH, TALKING MUFFIN!!!"
For context I'm a Refuse Driver (Garbage man) & today I was on food waste. After I'd tipped I was checking the wagon for any defects when I spotted a lone pea balanced on the lifts.
I said "hey look, an escaPEA"
No one near me but it didn't half make me laugh for a good hour or so!
Edit: I can't believe how much this has blown up. Thank you everyone I've had a blast reading through the replies π

Edit: Thank you guys for the awards, they're much nicer than the cardboard sleeve I've been using and reassures me that my jokes aren't stale
Edit 2: I have already been made aware that Men In Black 3 has told a version of this joke before. If the joke is not new to you, please enjoy any of the single origin puns in the comments
