I'm trying to figure out what effects have been used to get the haunting main guitar track in the song 'take this heart of gold' by Mandolin Orange.

Beyond reverb I feel like I can hear a tremolo like effect? Or perhaps a uni-vibe?
& at 0.23 I can hear a small shift in pitch that makes me think it could be a tape delay?

Heard a song tonight that made me think of you, but I’ve been drowning tonight so I’m not surprised by this reminder.
I want you to know I’m mostly okay. I’ve let myself wallow tonight. I asked the universe to send you back my way again, just a phone call or a sign of life or something. I added that song to the playlist. I almost cried, but I didn’t. I let this feel more painful than it usually has been.
I’m really scared I’ll never love again. If I think too hard about that, I feel sorry for myself and it’s embarrassing.
