I’d love to close my eyes and when I open them my life will have sorted itself out and I’ll be in a good place.
But to be completely honest if I were to close my eyes I don’t think that they would ever open.
Whenever I close my eyes and think, I see the future that I want and it makes me look at this false hope where I'll be happy, but as soon as I open them and snap back to reality I realize its more than likely never going to happen...
Its annoying feeling like your just not good enough, and seems like everything around me that I want to do for myself falls apart and I have no idea why. Not that I'm doing something badly to make it not happen (atleast I think I dont), it just feels as a majority of opportunities that can make something turn around just never seem to happen. Maybe I'm just over-expecting way to much of myself and the world around me/what I want it to be. I don't even know if this is the place to really post but I figured why not since I don't really want my friends to listen about this, I just dont want to burden them with my problems when they got their own. But you can only put on the happy/fun mask for so long.

Tl;dr: I experience lucid vivid dreams every night before I slip into lucid sleep paralysis and I want to know what’s causing that and my false awakenings.
I’m a 21 year old female and have experienced sleep paralysis since I was about 14 or 15. I used to only get them rarely but now it seems I get them almost every single night. Along with very very vivid often lucid dreams and false awakenings where I have sleep paralysis and then wake only to be extremely tired and close my eyes feeling my body slip right back into the paralysis until I wake and find myself in a completely different position. I find it hard to go to sleep at night instantly but have no problem going to sleep during the day and my bad dreams have gotten so freaky that sometimes I’m scared to even sleep. I always feel tired like I’m not resting because I’m frequently dreaming and I don’t know if my anxiety is causing it or if it’s it’s giving me anxiety. Does anyone have any information that might help clear things up?

Sometimes, when I close my eyes while laying in my bed, I'll feel like my entire room is being viciously shaken left and right, almost like a very intense theme park ride. Why does this happen to me?
Imagine those big boat rides where you sit in a seat and it rocks back and forth, except insanely fast and in place, and you're facing the side of the boat instead of forwards or backwards. Or, imagine a shape in a modelling program being quickly rotated on its Y axis - except the shape how my body feels.
Sometimes I'll even open my eyes during this and "see" this happening before my vision stabilizes.

Maybe someone can answer this. When I close my eyes (but remain awake) I’ll start feeling like I’m moving. If I stay there long enough when I open my eyes everything is shaking and I’m dizzy. What does this mean? It doesn’t take much for it to happen.
