Please keep in mind that this console is region locked! While any non-DSi enhanced DS games will be able to be played on it (I've played Pokémon Platinum & SoulSilver on it before without any issues), NTSC-U/C 3DS games will not work. Though the region lock can be removed with the use of CFW, I opted not to as I prefer to keep my consoles as "OEM" as possible :D

Have the boys ever talked about their favorite switch games? I’m a bit of a dumbass. Hope everyone’s staying safe. Thanks!
Playing any game in the emulator was causing framerate throttling every few seconds, and that throttling lasted another few seconds (so basically it was unplayable).
The Oculus software reduces the framerate to 45 FPS when it can't maintain the framerate of the headset, and adds additional frames to smooth things out. This was throwing off DolphinVR and causing the slowdown effect every few seconds. The feature is called Asynchronous Spacewarp (ASW).
To disable Asynchronous Spacewarp, open C:\Program Files\Oculus\Support\oculus-diagnostics\OculusDebugTool.exe and you'll see it listed as one of the options. Simply set that to "Disabled". Leave the tool open and then open up DolphinVR, launch a game, and play throttle-free :)

Edit: You can also disable the feature by pressing Ctrl+Numpad1 when you launch the game and not have to open the debug tool at all! :)
