Abstract

Surface interrogation scanning electrochemical microscopy (SI‐SECM) of two electrodeposited manganese‐based electrocatalysts, amorphous MnOx and perovskite CaMnO3, was used to investigate the manganese oxidation state relating to the oxygen evolution reaction (OER) under neutral conditions. The results indicate the amounts of MnIII and MnIV species in MnOx and CaMnO3 depend on potential. A MnV species was identified in both structures during the OER. Time‐delay titration of MnV further revealed that MnOx produced two types of active sites with different OER reaction rates: k′fast(MnOx)=1.21 s−1 and k’slow(MnOx)=0.24 s−1. In contrast, CaMnO3 perovskites in which the MnV species formed at a less positive potential than that in MnOx, displayed only one kinetic behavior with a faster reaction rate of 1.72 s−1.

Hey guys. Just wanted some advice.

I am a jeetard(2022) and the level of my prep is as below:

1. Maths: completed coordinate, algebra , trigo . calculus - definite integral left and vector 3d probablity is also to be done. ( done upto advanced level with adequate practice and tests )
2. Physics: ive done Kinematics, NLM , COM , SHM , Gravitation , Electrostatics, Current electricity with practice. RBD and heat and thermo mei ive done nothing. Magnetostatics mei practice nahi kari hai and EM waves, modern physics ki theory bhi bachi hai.
3. Inorganic Chem: all except d-f block is completed but only from NCERT. ( i dont remember anything tho)
4. Organic : ive done only GOC , Halides and Alcohols
5. Physical Chem : only Electrochem , kinetics and surface chemistry is left.

My question is how should i approach my preparation from here ? Which attempt should i target ? I am currently enrolled in FIITJEE in delhi.

I was planning to prepare upto mains level first but my coaching material doesnt have a clear demarcation of difficulty level. In this case which material would be best ?

The problem is I get distracted very easily, despite trying my best to avoid em. How to tackle this ?

PhD in semiconductor materials chemistry. This was a very interesting video and I liked it a lot! I admit that my initial answer was tied to a picture of electron flow, and I think this explanation really helps me understand AC in a way I never did before. That being said, I am still having a hard time reconciling this with what I know about device physics/chemistry. Solar cells, thermoelectrics, and batteries really do function by electron flow, and the more efficient device is one that maximizes electron shuttling to the anode and holes to the cathode. Thus, when you zoom in and just talk about the battery and ignore the rest of the system, the flow of electrons into and out of the device really is the mechanism by which energy is being transmitted. Perhaps it's helpful to realize that the electrons still need to move for the Poynting vector to transmit energy (be non zero). This is why the vector has no value before being connected to the circuit; no electrons have begun to flow into or out of the battery. He's just reminding us that it's technically not the momentum of the electon's motion that generates electrical energy (that would be kinetic energy). Instead, it's the E and B fields their motion produces.

Consider replacing the light bulb in his diagram with a battery. All the lines stay the same, but you're charging a depleted battery instead of lighting a light bulb. In that case, the process is entirely DC, and I don't think 9:05 in the video would be accurate to say anymore; that the electrons are hardly moving, if at all. I realized I've covered quite amount of syllabus in 11th itself. Like maths mein pnc, binomial, mathematical reasoning, quadratic, conic sections, etc. By GB sir. Revision karunga toh JEE level ho jayega.

In light of the Pentagon revealing a public report of UAP activity this month, I too have been studying very hard to come up with a new propulsion theory. This time I believe I have cracked the code behind the UAP phenomenon. But ultimately you have to decide if this propulsion theory makes sense to you.

In my previous iterations, I've said that these craft are using the Electrohydrodynamics Asymmetrical Capacitor/Ion-Propulsion technique coined by Thomas Townsend Brown as the Biefeld-Brown Effect, and adding the Meissner Effect into the equation to balance the magnetic field within it's effect.

But now I realize that the Biefeld-Brown Effect + Messiner Effect is actually only one piece of the puzzle. We will be moving on to show you the ufo propulsion mechanism in it's entirety.

In all my theories that I have so far, I've concluded that these craft are electromagnetic in propulsion, specifically utilizing permanent magnets and electromagnetism with the help of high voltage electric fields to accelerate it's electrodynamic propulsion.

I know that this has to be it, and there can't be anything else. Even if there is something else, it is only something that would compliment the electromagnetic propulsion system. You can go do the research yourself, and you'll find that all your research will lead you back to the theories that I've presented here for you.

I am confident in saying so because in all my research so far, for some reason or another, the hints that electromagnetic propulsion is the answer has signaled to me on more than one occasion.
