A list of puns related to "Delta Kream"
Personally The Big Come Up is my favorite BK album, but I cant decide which version of Do the Rump I like more. Both are amazing.
My birthday was yesterday and I looked in my email today to find a 35% off discount code for The Black Keys online store. I immediately jumped on there to order the 3 LP white 10th anniversary El Camino release and Delta Kream.
The birthday discount allowed the whole price of Delta Kream to come off. This has been my most streamed album since it came out and I can not be more excited! I think Delta Kream is their most enjoyable album! Which one is yourβs?
Delta Kream is officially here!! With vinyls/CDs arriving already, and The Black Keys allowing fan club members a first listen - it is safe to say Christmas came early. Use this thread to review the album, talk about your favorite tracks, or just any fun comments you have concerning the project.
Delta Kream will be available to stream starting May 14th. Enjoy!
Just listened thru delta kream for the first time and itβs pretty damn good. I was just thinking about how I read in an interview that Delta Kream was recorded at the end of the Letβs Rock tour, which means it was probably winter 2019-early 2020. In a recent interview I believe with Rolling Stone, Dan mentioned that he and Patrick were planning on getting back together in the studio in Spring of 2021, so we could have an all new album of original music by early 2022. Hereβs hoping

Delta Kream is nice, glad they are going back to their roots, but the album feels pretty one dimensional in my opinion, which is fine, about what I expected since itβs heavily influenced by Delta Blues.
But it makes me hope Dan and Pat go back to their simple guitar and drums set up. I think some of the best stuff they have made was from their Rubber Factory days. It just felt so raw, and thatβs what Iβve been missing.
I know I'll probably be outsmarted in my knowledge here, but I just wanted to know why it wasn't added.
I am probably late, just happened to play this album while at work, and I AM JAMMING. I had to stop and realize I was bobbing my head listening to this.
Has anyone heard this album? Or heard of these guys? This album has a good mixture of what I would call Blues-Rock. It has a good tempo, not to fast or slow. These guys are jamming! Anyone have any other bands that sound similar to these guys?

I've been really digging the Keys getting back to their blues roots. I put on some Thorogood and the Destroyers tonight so my son would stop listening to fucking EDM and... damn if I don't hear a lot of similarities. Am I totally off here?
Some garage blues rock, not necessarily just guitar/drum bands. Something like the early White Stripes, Gories, Greenhorners or Soledad Brothers. Preferably modern day bands rather than the classics.
