For some reason my last post got deleted so I'm trying again.
Hello, I have a couple questions for the community, specifically males. I was wondering if anyone else here has penile pain symptoms that flare up after a bowel movement. Ever since I was about 10 years old (27 now) bowel movements and ejaculation have been the number 1 cause of flares. I can now ejaculate without a flare most the time, but bowel movements still get me 100% of the time, no matter how soft the stool is.
I don't really have that much pain in the rectum, the pain that keeps me looking for answers is pain in the urethra and (what feels like) the bladder, accompanied by PN symptoms (numbness, cold glans, "shrinkage" during a flare). But after a bowel movement it causes all my pelvic floor muscles to get tight which the pain comes right after, I can feel my sphincter and perineal muscles on my left side lock up and penis actually bends slowly to the left quite sharply.
I recently found out something exists called an MRI Defecography which is an MRI where you actually have a bowel movement. They insert a gel substance in your rectum that you pass during the exam, this enables doctors to see how your pelvic floor muscles are actually moving. It seems insane to me that this was never recommended for me considering my whole life I've said bowel movements are my #1 source of pelvic/penile pain. If I could pinpoint the exact cause of the pain or which muscles aren't working correctly, that would go so far in advancing my treatment.
Just seems strange that for a disorder that’s clearly caused by muscle dysfunction, you’d think doctors would want to see how those muscles actually moved. Especially if the movement recreated they pain. Look up "MR Defecography" on youtube and you can see the amount of detail they provide.
Does anyone else here get similar flares, and has anyone had an MRI-Defecography?

I don't want to step on anybody's toes here, but the amount of non-dad jokes here in this subreddit really annoys me. First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.
Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.

For context I'm a Refuse Driver (Garbage man) & today I was on food waste. After I'd tipped I was checking the wagon for any defects when I spotted a lone pea balanced on the lifts.
