When the survey in question actually had majority residents supported retaining and upgrading the building.
There is plenty of room in Mowbray Park for a parkour course, without destroying this important cultural venue.
Just watch, in 5 years that pakour park will be removed for some privatised building construction for the Olympics.

My alliance is currently sitting at 19th place but I keep running into the problem where a bigger alliance restricts our expansion.
They do this by aligning themselves with these smaller alliances to use as a buffer and forbids anyone attacking their flags or cities. Keeping in mind these small buffer alliances are only 50 million power or below so they’re really not worth keeping around. Anyway they made an oligarchy type of government with all these alliances and called it “The Council”.
My alliance is getting sick of being told where we can build and where we can’t, so I ask this. Is it possible to push back these small alliances when their “protector” alliance is in KvK? If so, what should I expect? (First S1 KvK for me ever)
