A list of puns related to "Cytoplasmic determinant"
Also in mollusks, after the very first division, the two new cells canβt become full organisms if separated. Does this mean mollusks canβt have twins?
Iβm a 25-year-old, very healthy and fit male. Hear me out on this.
I obviously have not gone to get this vaccine, because I determined it to offer such a small benefit to young and healthy people that itβs completely unnecessary. It is respectably beneficial for older adults and the immunocompromised; I understand science and argue itβs NOT necessary for young healthy adults or children as many scientists and doctors do.
I have not gotten COVID (antibody test was negative). And if I do get it, itβs likely to be extremely minor and inconsequential. Probably less severe than the sinus infection I had last month. And of course, I oppose all mandates and coercion by authorities to force people to get a substance injected into their bodies or lose their jobs, mental health, or other normal things that their lives are built on. This is attempted authoritarianism by clowns right in front of our eyes. I am not in any way anti-vaccine; I have received many other vaccines through the years and vaccine technology has been an advancement of science that has saved millions of lives. However, Iβm very aware of everything that is happening with this present situation, and all of the corruption and brainwashing coming from governments and institutions responsible for creating policy. I oppose any requirement for people to show vaccination cards to enter public places. That should never be happening, but here we are.
Hereβs my personal question: I might be entering the military soon as an officer (not enlisting). Itβs a serious career gig, something Iβve been working towards for 2 years now, and something I would obviously take very seriously. The military requires the COVID vaccine, of course, like all other vaccines. So, for this reason, Iβm considering getting it soon, simply to have more control over my own situation. Because if I donβt have the COVID vaccine when formally joining, they will force it on me upon arrival at training, and I will not have a choice of which vaccine to receive.
Iβve spent a long time studying the mRNA vaccines and the adenovirus (J&J) vaccine to try to determine which one would be a better choice for me. And when I say βbetter,β I mean the least likely to cause change and potential harm to my system. Whatever causes the least change to the inner working of my body, thatβs the one I want.
The mRNA vaccines inject synthetic mRNA with the COVID virus code on it; it is encased in liposomes that allow it to slip into the cell cy

this started as an annotated bibliography to track my reading. slowly, it morphed into a research document to argue with people on Discord. once TinyDesk started giving some takes i disagreed with that were not simply disproved with a single study, i outlined an essay covering those points. when i saw how bloated it had gotten trying to build these concepts from the ground up, i started filling in some of the gaps to create a "short" omnibus that covered all the bases and brought everyone up to speed.
this awkward and monstrous 1,200 word write-up is the result. it contains 50+ citations, which represents a little over half of my bibliography. at this point, i've forgotten any specific points of disagreement that i originally had, except for natural immunity being better than the vaccine-derived one.
so, without further ado, i hereby submit this reference document to the meme-review board:
STRUCTURE & REPLICATION:
a summary of the general structure of SARS-CoV-2 is as follows: a helical positive-sense single-stranded RNA wrapped in a Nucleocapsid (N) protein forms the center. surrounding this is a lipid bilayer with 3 types of structural proteins: the Membrane (M), the Envelope (E), and the Spike (S). E and M proteins are boring; they assist in membrane fusion and replication respectively and don't do that much else.
the N protein is interesting because it is the body's main target for antibodies after the S protein, although it is contained inside the virus particle. even more, OG SARS famously requires all of E, M, and N in order to fully form a virus particle, indicating that this may have a greater role in the infectious cycle of SARS-CoV-2.
the S protein has 2 subunits: S1, which contains the Receptor-Binding Domain (RBD) that attaches to the infamous Angiotensin Converting Enzyme 2 (ACE2), and S2 subunit which facilitates the fusion of the M protein to the host cell membrane. this is where mutations meaningful, as changes

First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.
Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.
Do your worst!
I'm surprised it hasn't decade.

Or would that be too forward thinking?
Dad jokes are supposed to be jokes you can tell a kid and they will understand it and find it funny.
This sub is mostly just NSFW puns now.
If it needs a NSFW tag it's not a dad joke. There should just be a NSFW puns subreddit for that.
Edit* I'm not replying any longer and turning off notifications but to all those that say "no one cares", there sure are a lot of you arguing about it. Maybe I'm wrong but you people don't need to be rude about it. If you really don't care, don't comment.
