These real intense dreams have been going on for the past couple weeks.
How do I fucking make this stop?? How do I make cold sweats from withdrawal stop?? I just want to be clean and feel okay again

I’m worried because I also have a headache and have had a direct contact with someone a few days ago but took a test and was negative.
So, as you read in the title, I woke up soaking wet in my bed because of a dream I had. I’ve made many updates about Rolfe on YouTube, daily motion, Whispr and many other social media sites.
I dreamt that I missed something very important and immediately upon waking up I realized that his birthday is 176 days away (being July 10th). You may be wondering why this important?
Well, if you search James Rolfe on famousbirthdays.com you’ll see that he is actually the #1 most popular person with the last name ‘Rolfe’ on the entire planet. Can anyone of us say this about ourselves?
That’s pretty crazy. This popularity is important because he’s about to turn 42 years old and on this day, I will have organized a live, in-person “AVGN The Movie” viewing party in either Florida and Penns Grove, New Jersey (where he was born).

This is my day 5, my cravings are down at this point BUT I haven’t slept much these days. I fall asleep around 4-5am and I am up by 7.30am and, to put a cherry on this deliciousness, I have cold night sweats. Nasty and cold. I feel constantly cold, day or night. Weirdly enough, I do have energy throughout the day, I walk a lot and workout (HIIT/cardio/strength) daily amid lack of sleep. Anyone went through this? Any advice? Would it go away? Ever? I feel mentally tired at this point. Thank you all, reading posts helps a lot with daily struggles.
Does anyone else get these cold sweats/hot flashes during or right after eating? (in addition to other times, e.g. waking up, but also particularly noticeable during eating). Crazy, I'm hoping it's just the Kratom withdrawal and will go away.
