This is me, back in 2016, accepting a Writers' Guild award, and looking just as surprised as everyone else at the awards ceremony; it was the first time in history a mod had won a national screenwriting award.
The Forgotten City was a big story-driven expansion for a popular RPG I've been asked not to mention. You discover a mysterious underground city in a state of ruin, travel back in time and meet its inhabitants. Then you learn about a terrible curse: If one persons sins here, everyone dies. So you try to figure out who's responsible for the sin that destroys the city, and prevent it - all while caught in a Groundhog Day-style time loop.

The mod was downloaded more than 1,000,000 times on Xbox One alone and IGN called it "simply amazing," but as popular as it was, I'd made it in my spare time on a budget of $0, and I knew I could do much, much better. So way back in 2017, I decided to develop it into a stand-alone game, bigger and better in every way possible. I just had 3 small problems:
Lol.
Despite all that, it's about to launch this month on Xbox One and Xbox Series X, and this is a story about how it all came together.

My first problem - no time - I solved by quitting my job. It was insanely risky, of course, especially as I was in the legal profession where taking a few years out usually means you can't get back in. It felt like jumping out of an airplane, and my plan was to learn to fly by the time I hit the ground.
My second problem - no budget - I solved by dipping into my savings and applying for grants. After making a rough prototype, I managed to land grants from a benevolent arts funding body (Film Victoria), as well as an Unreal Dev Grant from Epic. The mod and its reception really opened a lot of doors.
My third problem - no experience - I solved by hiring a programmer who'd just finished making a VR spacewalk sim in collaboration with NASA - a one-man-army who's done the work of an entire team of programmers over the last four years. We met by chance at a

I grew and I grew, so did the tree. When I married my wife, The tree stood over me.
I got older and older, So did the tree. Everyone I knew left and passed, But the tree stuck with me.
Faces I see, but can't remember, Only the tree I can remember. I sit beside my bestest friend, The only one I remember.
My visions gets darker and darker, I knew my time has come, Death got me and, The tree stood over me.
So Iβm a student of Carnatic music and passed my junior and senior exams, I used a english textbook for Junior but not for Senior and so due to my slightly limited Kannada it was very tough for me to pass it. So is there an english textbook for the next stage (Vidvath) of examinations for carnatic classical music?
Just the question above

I think I managed to bite over more than I can chew in wanting to roleplay a faction which merges 3 themes. Could really need some input here from this community for creative advice if anyone is willing to help. Not sure if it's even doable, am I trying too much with one faction?
I'm playing a game called Rimworld and I want my faction to be:
The Rimworld setting has tech level neolithic to Sci-Fi (so clubs, to guns to high tech weapons) if that matters.
The titles for my ideology that I need to fill is the leader, the moral/ideology guide - serving as the representative of their ideology, a combat commander of sorts, and a miner.
The miner I'm currently confident on naming "Tomb Architect" or "Mason". Seems to cover the bases good.
If I name the leader Warlord it fits the raider and slaver theme but not the Death Cult. Would Archon match all three? Ringleader could work? A combination?
The representative could be Herald? Emissary? Slave Overseer?
As you can see - I've made it extremely hard for myself to properly name the faction, name of my City-State, My Leader, my main representative, Combat commander / Officer. Because I'm kinda trying to merge too many thematic concepts into one faction.
I'd really appreciate some advice on naming and titles that could make sense for all three.

In Swedish ur- can also be used as a prefix to some words in order refer to something ancient and, similarly, in German ur- refers to to first of something.
If there is a connection, how has this connection been preserved in languages? Or is it a coincidence that Sumerians are credited with having innovated the 60 second/60 minute method of timekeeping and the word UR being closely related to time in some form in a handful of modern languages?
