I do a ton of writing on carbonless copy paper at work, every set of documents consists of about 5/6 piled carbon sheets and after a while I start getting cramps on my hand. I think that ballpoint pens are better given the fact that I’ve to put a lot of pressure but I’ve no idea which pen is the best. Do you know anything that can help me?

I'm trying to look for a printer to print on a USDA form that produces 5 copies (main paper that's printed on, one pink paper and the other 4 are yellow, so 6 total) and the current dot matrix printer that's been tried doesn't seem to impact the paper hard enough to make the last two copies dark enough. I've thoroughly gone through its settings.
User currently uses an old Brother typewriter and that, for now, gets the job done. However, it's on its last leg and the user would like to just click print from a computer. Said user has everything formatted correctly for the USDA forms, just can't use the printer since, as stated before, last two copies aren't dark enough.
Any suggestions?
I understand that the copy process doesn't use a layer of carbon dyes or clay. But paper is made from trees which is obviously a carbon based life form, so is the paper itself actually carbonless or is the name a misnomer due to being named after the copy process?

I need a printer that will print on carbonless paper that is already stuck together. I've looked at laser printers but those need to print a single page at a time.

We have like six reams of it in our inventory, and no one really knows what it’s used for. Also can Xerox printers make use of it?
We have tried unchecking the collated box on the c-60 software and that has no effect. I guess we are idiots. We did get our set of forms done by just making a copy of each page and inserting it into the pdf but OMG what a pain.

My offset printman has had to take a recent medical leave, and has left me in a small bind. I need to pad some 2-part carbonless forms in pads of 50 sets, with a chipboard beneath each pad, and have about 20 pads total.
Am I wrong to think I can just count 50 sets of carbonless paper, put a piece of chipboard in, then repeat the process until I have a stack I can apply padding glue to? I don't think that would be wrong, but I don't want to repeat this twice.
I'm working for a company that has boxes upon boxes of horrible carbon-copy timesheets. Every day, I fill in over 200 blanks, by hand, so people can sign out at the end of the day. In 10 days I've emptied 2 new pens, and my arm is going to fall off. I've been searching for some way to print on these things, but all I can find is how to make forms. I already have them, I need to stop having to write on them.
Ideas: typewriter, word processor, dot matrix printer? Does anyone have other suggestions?
Yes, throwing them away & using carbonless paper in the laser printer makes a TON more sense, but I have no control over this.
