I have an 8.5kW Tesla Solar only (i.e., no Powerwall) set up on my house. I recently got a Model Y and wondering if it's better to charge when the sun is down or when the solar panels are active... assuming that the grid's kW/hr pricing is the same during those times. Thoughts?
I have an instinct solar. I have a chronic illness and if I overexert myself it can lead to me being in bed for days. I want a high heart rate alert, but I don't want it only after I've been inactive. The whole point for me is to make sure I don't do too much! Is there any way to do something like this?

Hi,
So I'm located in Europe. I've correctly set my timezone settings. However, it seems that the Solar Dial needs location services to be active to work correctly, otherwise it seems it thinks I'm located in the US and shows a dark dial even though it's day here.
Is this a known bug or is there a way to make the Solar Dial understand that it should default its location to the timezone I'm in when location services is off? Home I make sense...

If you are a pge customer who recently got PTO or switched to solar, pls keep an eye on your monthly bills. Today I received my first bill since we got PTO and I found that pge charged me for electricity for the whole month. They should have charged me for just gas, mandatory electricity connection fee and first 5 days of the month when we we did not have PTO. This happened even though my bill clearly reflects NEM and credits.
Pls be careful with PGE. I have raised a case and they have told me it may take 1-2 billing cycles to fix the issue.
