Oct 31-They left a Notice to Quit *30 days* for:"Lack of not turning utilities (electric and gas) in your name and not signing the lease dated oct 1, 2021 with terms regarding utilities" <~~~exact wordsAt no time did I withhold rent, even after the notice. How should I proceed?
TL:DR Landlord tried to make me pay for utilities multiple units and then gave me too short of an eviction letter.
