We are the backbone of the military. 2 R ANGLIAN draws on years of knowledge from its members, allowing us to provide a high-quality, immersive experience working with British Army SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

Main events take place on a Sunday evening, 1900 UK LOCAL.
What roles can I take in 2 R ANGLIAN
Section-level roles can rotate on a weekly basis. Section Commanders are required to attend a 6-week training package.
How old must I be to join 2 R ANGLIAN?
2 R ANGLIAN has a minimum age requirement of 18 years. Exceptions MAY be made for individuals that demonstrate required levels of maturity.
Do I require any Arma3 DLC?
No.

The 1st battalion Royal Anglian MilSim was started over 2 years ago and is based around immersive Arma 3 Gameplay and Realistic Scenarios. When in-game we try to portray the 1st battalion Royal Anglian Regiment, focusing mainly on infantry tasks and dismounted CQC (Close Quarters combat).

Once you have done this you will be a Recruit within the unit and able to attend all side operations. Once you have completed our basic training course you will be assigned a section and be able to join in on our main campaign.

Every other Monday – 18:30
Training Operations
Every other Monday – 18:30
Progression:
We have a full rank structure in which you can progress. We are not a unit that enforces barracks play out of the game however in game we have Section ICs/2ICs and a Platoon HQ.
Just want to Zeus?
RAR are now taking on recruits who only want to Zeus. You will be given the option to carry out our BTC training however if all you want to do is Zeus then jump on the discord and have a chat to the team.

Who Are The 2 R ANGLIAN?

Experience our extensive Phase 1 as a recruit then dive into the role of a combat infantryman. Take part in close target recce patrols and gather vital intelligence, conduct assaults on settlements putting our OBUA training to the test or set up a Deliberate Ambush of an ENY convoy.

When are your events scheduled?
Main events take place on a Sunday evening, 1900ZULU. Training events take place on Wednesday/Friday evenings, 2000ZULU. You are required to attend 2 Operations a month.
What roles can I take in 2 R ANGLIAN
As an infantry regiment we pride ourselves in our skills as infantrymen! However, that is not to say we do not offer more. There are a number of roles that can be fulfilled, such as;
- Patrol Commander
- Combat Signaller
- Mortarman
- Anti-Tank Gunner
- Sniper
- Combat Logistics (Joint Helicopter Command)
- JHC Pilot [Subject to Rifleman participation]
How old must I be to join 2 R ANGLIAN?
