A list of puns related to "2008 Alberta General Election"
Alberta, a province of Canada, obtains independence after the province of Quebec seceded following the beginning of the Second American Civil War and the collapse of the Canadian economy. An election is held to determine the first president of this new nation.
The movement for full independence in Cameltalia, a (fictional) semi-independent nation officially under French control but with some powers of their own, had seen a sharp rise in popularity since the 1990s. When the Great Recession struck France hard, France (who paid lots of money to Cameltalia for funding) decided that a way to save money was to let Cameltalia be their own nation. Cameltalia decided to hold their first election in 2008, and 10 parties participated.

Each and every state/province will have certain rights to preserve, however none will outweigh the government. Freedom of speech, freedom of the press and freedom of religion are federally protected. Each and every member in society will have certain unalienable rights, the same will be in court and in the general public. Any discrimination is outlawed, as we shall strive to be a nation of equality and liberty!

Patriots have to sit back and watch as commies dismantle everything that made our nation prosperous, while promoting degeneracy to the youths and calling the culture of our people βracistβ. Well, we arenβt quiet anymore! We are taking back our country from the woke elite and we will bring back traditional values, the church, morality, and western sensibility. No more will our childr

Florance McKeegan, a state legislator and an engineering professor in a renowned Kennethland University, was chosen by the Social Democratic and National Progressive Congresses as their PM nominee for the 2008 UF general election, becoming the first woman nominated by a major Party.
The Conservative leadership race was contentious, and saw the moderate or liberal David Clysdon prevail narrowly against the other, more conservative candidates.
The Liberal leadership race saw Anraoi O'Connol, Senator from Kennethland, going against Julie Hamon, Councillor from New Aquitaine.
Bartholomeus van Visser was chosen as a compromise candidate between the fiscally right and fiscally left wings of the Party. He gained the endorsement of the DNP as well.
Hans S. Audrey - who served since 1993 as a MP representing New Coventry under the National Party, and previously a state legislator under the Liberal, Anti-Divorce and Conservative parties, was chosen as the Party's candidate. He formed a coalition with the reactionary Parti de la Nouvelle-Aquitaine.
Louis Martin, who resigned from the Parliament and left the Social Democratic Party after McKeegan's nomination, helped draft dark horse candidate Alexander Redd while sitting as a delegate in the Workers' Party congress. Redd sought to give the Party a more moderate reputation, promising respect for the rights of the states, restrictions on immigration and Opposition to full blown communism.
Philip Potter, the mayor of a small town in New Coventry, gained national attention in 2005 after he sought to deregulate the housing market under the intention of building more affordable housing, a move that gained much criticism from the inhabitants and politicians of the region and the country. However, the housing plan has seen surprising success. Potter is otherwise campaigning on the values of Christian Democracy.
The Social Democrats have used an ambitious plan calling for stimulus checks, an orderly withdrawal from Iraq, a referendum on membership in the European Union, increases in property tax, repealing New Aquiraine's vagrancy laws, moderate opposition to immigration, defending Jack Brown's economic policies and massively increasing funding into the FHS. They also promised to revive school choice programs

This is an amazingly high number considering that Election Day is still two weeks away. To put it into perspective, overall turnout is already at about 35% (more or less, depending on the final number of registered voters.) This year's Primary Election had an overall turnout rate of 52%, compared to 35% in 2016, 45% in 2012, and 37% in 2008.

Submissions must be in before the end of voting (approx 8PM mountain time).
That's basically it. If the predictions on a Trump collapse bear fruit (if) what would be the impact to your state's government?
Is your governor up for re-election? What happens to your state legislature? Your Federal Representatives and Senators?
What's the forecast for your state, in that scenario?
It would logically extend that a number of states on the state legislature and governance level could flip blue (or not) but there's no centralized hub that covers so many possible situations.
What's your take?

Iβve heard wildly different numbers from Sanders doing 30 to doing 50.
And Clinton only doing 7 for Obama.
Thereβs clearly exact numbers here. I just cant find them.
Edit: Oh and the number of states too, if you know it. Ive heard 52 events in 14 states, and 39 speeches in 13 states. I donβt know what to believe.
