A list of puns related to "2007β08 Nba Transactions"
Here is the standings for the Western Conference (1-9):
I remember that season like it just happened yesterday. It was crazy. It felt like when your team lost one game late that season, they could go from the 2nd seed all the way down to the 7th seed. Just a perfect example of the West being a strong conference. I mean, LOL. That was Kobe's only MVP season. I was really excited the day they announced that Kobe had won that year's MVP.
Iβd personally group the 2007/08 season as Core and the latter two seasons as Late, making it overall more Late Millennial.
This is assuming the main audience is middle-schoolers/high-schoolers by the way.
I've been doing some generational research on the NBA. I've pinpointed the Millennial era to have started in 1998 with the breakup of the Bulls and to have ended in 2014 with the breakup of the Heatles. I've divided it into 3 sub-eras:
I haven't yet decided on a final solution for the 2007-2010 period. My initial hunch is to put the divide at 2008. The 2007-08 season had several links to the 2004-2007 era that the latter 2 seasons didn't have (The Spurs-Suns rivalry being at full blast, LeBron's team being considered a scrappy underdog rather than a title contender, Dwight's Magic not yet being considered a title contender, the Pistons still being a title contender, etc.). Even a few years earlier, the 2003-04 season could be considered on the Early-Core Millennial cusp due to David Robinson's retirement after the previous season and the emergence of the Pistons after the Rasheed Wallace trade. How would y'all classify it and other generational eras of the NBA in general?
They improved from 24 wins in 2006β07 to 66 wins in 2007β08, a total of 42 games.
The biggest drop from one season to the next belongs to the 1998-99 Chicago Bulls (from 62 wins to 13).
Disclaimer: all of these stats assume a minimum of 250 minutes played in the season.
Fact: Malcolm Brogdon is currently shooting .516 FG%, .467 3P%, .978 FT%
Fact: No player has ever put up Brogdonβs combination of FG%, 3P%, and FT% in NBA history.
Fact: Even if Brogdonβs FT% dropped to .900, he would still have a combo FG%, 3P%, FT% that has never been achieved before.
Fact: The nearest players to Brogdonβs current shooting splits are Curryβs 2015-16 season (.504/.454/.908), Steve Nashβs 2007-08 season (.504/.470/.906) and Steve Kerrβs 1995-96 season (.506/.515/.929).
Fact: These three players are the only players in NBA history to put up a season of (.500/.450/.900) and Brogdon is on pace to join them.

In both those seasons, they went 9-7.
Iβve been playing 2k since 2k7. I took a break from 2k18 to 2k19 and I bought 2k20 legends addition and it was okay, then I bought 2k21 months after it dropped and then I pre-ordered 2k22 . 2k22 was fun at first but then I realized how insane the micro transactions really were after I realized how much VC you need to get your player to a 80 ovr. The βRe-birthβ badge doesnβt even matter because you need VC to make your player better at the end of the day. Iβve recently done some research on the downfall of NBA Live and while I understand that they have made mistakes on their end, it doesnβt compare to the fact that 2K doesnβt care about the community or the game because there is no competition . Honestly, I donβt care anymore. I refuse to keep spending money or having to grind 24/7 everyday every time I re-create a player. Goodbye NBA 2k, fix your game!
Iβm between these two generations, due to a financial situation. As far as reliability, are both about the same? They are about the same price for both generations.
(I knoww its not perfect but I tried)
I tried to make a roster of the 2007-08 Denver Nuggets roster with Melo, AI, JR. Smith etc. but I only did the players that had a huge impact or stood out alot. So I used God Mode to create the players that were inactive or retired
I don't know if this is a bug or something but I had 124 games We ended up winning 100 games and losing 24 Iverson lead our team averaging 25.5 Points and 5 Assists http://imgur.com/CRyrV1D

We ended up making it to the conference finals but the Warriors beat us 4-2 in game 6 which was a very intense game: http://imgur.com/a/HrD7y
During the 2007-08 season my roommate and we're up late into the night "studying" with a replay of one of the days basketball games on. We were both extremely tired and kind of zoned out, but distinctly remember this play. Shaq got a technical foul, but managed to talk his way out of it. I think they were playing the Mavericks and he threw the ball at Dirk, but I'm not sure.
My former roommate and I have been scouring the Internet for 7 years now trying to find video of this happening, with no success. We need proof that this happened for our own sanity. Please help!
Platform: computer
Genre: educational
Estimated year of release: 2007-08 but could have been slightly earlier
Graphics/art style: from what I remember, it looked kinda like the old putt putt games (putt putt saves the zoo). I feel like it was a mixture of playful/vibrant and dark/mysterious. This is the part that Iβm struggling to remember the most (aside from the actual name of the game)
Notable characters: they were pear shaped creatures with no legs and trumpet horns for noses. Their eyes were very close together and I think they had like three strands of hair on top. They also came in several different colors.
Notable gameplay mechanics: it was a learning game geared towards elementary kids so I believe it had basic objectives such as addition/subtraction or spelling. You would type in your answer based on what section you selected to learn about.
Other details: the only setting in the game I can remember was underwater in some kind of lab, although I know there were more because these pear people would hop everywhere. The settings would change based on what your learning objective was. The best description I can offer would be centered around the characters appearance and I had hoped to be able to find it based on that. I think the game was erased from existence. Iβm counting on someone else seeing this and tapping into their core memory.
