It sounds simple, but all of us know it can be hard and sometimes impossible. The group can support and inspire us, yet only one person can decide if we drink today. Give that person the right mindset!

What happens if we can't keep to our pledge? We give up or try again. And since we're here in /r/stopdrinking, we're not ready to give up.

**What this is:** A simple thread where we commit to not drinking alcohol for the next 24 hours, posting to show others that they're not alone and making a pledge to ourselves. Anybody can join and participate at any time, you do not have to be a regular at /r/stopdrinking or have followed the pledges from the beginning.

Despite not having Luka for periods of the season, KP still being injury-prone, their shooters not shooting at a good rate, and one of the Omicron worst situations in the league, the Mavericks have somehow stayed afloat and are currently the fifth seed at 20-18. Why?

Their defense since December 2nd is #30 in the league in points allowed per game with only 99.72 opponents PPG in that time span, in 18 games

They also lead the league in defensive rating since December 10, with a defensive rating of 104.7, in 13 games.

I should also note in their last 5 games, they’re 4-1, and they’ve given up less than 80 points in 3 of those games and less than 100 in all 5. Their lone loss was a buzzer-beater loss to Sacramento.

Considering they were 20th in defensive rating last season, Kidd deserves credit for making a mediocre-bad defensive team a very good one with relatively minor changes to the roster.

I just saw a picture on their front page announcing the sale. I don't think there is much information on it, I haven't seen a social media post or gotten an email announcing it but I will update this post as more information comes out.

In previous years, generally the 2.5mls EDPs are on sale as well as a selected assortment of products. It's their only sale they run all year.

Our Year-End flash sale starts tonight at 7 pm EST and ends 1/1/22 at 12:00 a.m. EST. Select 5 ml and 60 ml perfumes and a few Burnishing Glaces will be discounted. In some cases, the quantity is quite limited. Inventory is first come, first serve. This is the only sale we ever offer. We have chosen to offer the 2.5 ml Eau de Parfum sample sprays at a 20% discount as well for this sale. This is a great time to try our Eau de Parfums. When our 2.5s are purchased in increments of 5, they will be packaged in the 5 packs pictured on the sample listing in lieu of the individual sample sprayer cards, unless specifically requested otherwise.

This sale is not retroactive for orders placed prior to the sale. Winter Collection inventory is not a part of the sale, aside from the 2.5 ml EDP sample sprays. There will be a sale category on the website called "Sale 2021" that will be live on the site at 7 pm EST.
