A list of puns related to "1940 Albanian Superliga"
Like the title says. I wonder what people think about it. Do you know someone who has relatives in Turkey?
Do you know any interesting or good looking any of kits these teams have had. Just interested. Thanks.
Hey everyone I'm back for day 2 of obscure football leagues around the world. Today we will travel to Albania and learn about the history of the soccer league there and much more enjoy!
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Albanian_Superliga#/media/File%3AKategoria_Superiore_Logo.svg
Background: The Albanian Superliga was founded in 1930 even though football was played in Albania around two decades before the league was created. The league consists of 10 different teams around Albania.
How the League Began: The Albanian Superliga Began in 1930 under the rule of King Zot who also created the Albanian soccer federation and the national team. Though the league began in 1930 you can trace the history of club soccer in Albania back to 1911 where an English Priest Gut Ruter introduced Albania to the world of soccer. Even though tournament were played in 1911 and 1912 no official club 90 minute match started until 1913 where Independcia Shkoder played the Austrian Hungrian Imperial Navy and lost 2-1.
How the League Works: Of the 10 teams in the Albanian Superliga each team plays each other 4 times during a year equaling 36 games, playing each time twice at home and twice away. The winner of the league qualifies for the second qualifying round of the Champions League while the 2nd and 3rd place teams qualify for first round qualifying of the Europa Leauge. The two bottom teams are then relegated to the Albanian First Division
League Cup: The main knockout tournament in Albania is the Albanian football cup which consists of 36 teams of lower and upper Divison fighting for a spot in the Europa league first qualifying round. The most successful team of this tournament is FK Tiranna with 16 titles.

Lower Division: After the Albanian Superliga there are 3 other levels of football starting with the Albanian First a Division which consists of 20 clubs divided into 2 groups of 10. Than there is the Albanian Second Division which consists of 22 professional clubs and 2 reserve teams splitting the team into two groups of 12. The last is the Albanian first division which consists of 11 clubs teams and 7 reserve teams making one group of 10 teams and the other group of 8 teams.
TV Rights: You can find the Albanian Superliga on Supersport and RTSH and you can also find highlights of the games on YouTube but they don't have a direct YouTube channel

I usually post ratings and stats here: https://twitter.com/KCBstats
My plan for this year is to post Player Ratings in a card format for individual games and for the whole split (LEC, LCS, LCK, SL and LFL). Example:

Here's a key to how the numbers are calculated:

And here are the 3 All-Pro teams after Gameday 1 (obviously too soon to judge, but the plan is to post them after every Gameday):

My plan is to do it for LEC, LCS, LCK, Superliga and LFL during this Split, so any kind of feedback/suggestion is much appreciated.
Thanks!!
