A list of puns related to "(Pronounced 'Lĕh 'nérd 'Skin 'nérd)"
#381 Lynyrd skynyrd- (Pronounced 'Lĕh-'nérd 'Skin-'nérd)
What do we have here? An actual rock n roll record on the RS list? What a shock! The story of this band is one of the saddest tragedies in the history of rock music. One of the hottest bands of their time and it all came to an end after a horrific plane crash that killed three members of the band including their heart and soul Ronnie Van Zandt. We could only imagine what this band would have done if Ronnie survived. Their debut album is a dirty southern rock album. One of the greatest introductions to a band ever. I mean look at the first four tracks “I Ain't The One” “Tuesday’s Gone”
“Gimme Three Steps” and “Simple Man” are four iconic rock jams most artists would be lucky to write classic rock songs like in their whole discography and Lynyrd Skynyrd did it on their first release. Ronnie Van Zandt might be one of the most underrated vocalists/songwriters of all time. Such a great voice. The band is amazing. I could only imagine seeing this band live.``Missisppi Kid” and “Things Are Goin On” are great deep cuts Of course the album closes with one of the greatest songs in the history of music “Free Bird” nine minutes of pure rock heaven. In 2012 RS had this album at #403 in a rare move an classic rock album gets a 22 album jump up. Both placings are to low in my opinion.

I know I'm a little behind on my listening. But this it the name of Lynyrd Skynyrd's debut album. The title of their album is literally nothing but an explanation of you pronounce their name. And yet our resident MENSA member Gina, after reminding us she works at a classic rock station mispronounces it and won't let it fucking go. Jesus what a maroon.
Each album is $10. Shipping is $7 and up based on number of items. Discounts on multiples. List is not publishing right, so I just paste here.

Hello!
A mix of Classic rock records for sale, new and old items from previous listings as well. Feel free to reach out regarding shipping or any additional pictures
PLEASE NOTE: I am shipping from Canada. Full disclosure, shipping is a little pricey to anywhere else in the world, about 15-25 US extra from Canada to the USA, depending on location. Domestic tends to be between 15-20 CAD or less at times. Please reach out to me with an address and I can always estimate a cost if you are unsure. While I do not have much of a reputation here, I am decently active in r/Pen_Swap and have 21 confirmed trades there.
Payments are only accepted through PayPal, fees are accounted for in the prices.
Records will also receive a proper cleaning and dusting before being sent out. A final play test will be done to ensure quality. Domestic shipping will be covered with insurance up to 100 CDN and shipped in a secure cardboard packing to ensure they reach you safety. Further Insurance can be added if desired for international buyers. The more records you buy the more likely we can strike you a bit of a deal :)
If you would like further details or pictures on any record, please reach out.
I am open to offers within reason, of course.
All records are assumed to be VG+ Unless specified otherwise. Will reconfirm grading upon inquiry.

I'm new here. I've bought, sold, and traded many times on /r/avexchange, /r/watchexchange, and /r/mechmarket if you need any references.
Everything below is priced assuming I would ship the vinyl individually (some may require multiple purchases). If you want more than one, let me know, and we can work out some sort of combined deal.
I'm located in CONUS and will ship CONUS only. I will also ship in whatever way is cheapest to me, and I'll invoice you through Paypal (I'll cover fees).

I've got my sights on a restored vintage receiver, so letting go of some of the collection to help with the cost. Feel free to ask questions about any albums, but I generally try to grade conservatively.
More than glad to make deals if you're buying multiple records - just DM with any offers.
Shipping options via USPS Media Mail: $5 w/ a new mailer, $4 if you're ok with a nice used mailer. Can usually fit 3-4 records in a new mailer, used mailers vary. Cheers!

hey guys, I know these types of posts are overdone, but I'm looking to get into some new music. I want to know what your personal top 10 greatest albums of all time are, doesn't have to greatest musicians, most creative, or what albums sold the best, whatever you personal qualifications for the greatest albums you have I'm interested in knowing.
Here are mine in no particular order, just what comes to mind first.
Sorry this isn't formatted [artist - album] consistently, I found a random .json file (https://a8d9382kd.s3.amazonaws.com/best_500.json) but it was temperamental. Below is the best I could do.

... keep reading on reddit ➡It continues! My first sale thread was quite successful, so I'm back for round 2 with over 60 new items available.
Currently shipping within the US only. Generally, media mail shipping will be $4.00 for the first record, and $0.50 for each additional record, but this may change if you are ordering a large amount of records, or if they are particularly heavy.
I am more than happy to provide photos or a more detailed description of any of the records' condition. I've tried to be as conservative and thorough as possible when describing condition.
The vast majority of these were purchased new & listened to once, so most of the wear is minor cosmetic scuffs on the vinyl from inner sleeves, or a few bumps to the record jackets from shipping.
NEW ITEMS
Second album syndrome is when a band that creates a great, beloved first album releases a worse and less-acclaimed one as the next, and then continues to have ever-worsening output. It usually happens when the first one is worked on for years, but the next ones are quickly released to continue the first one's streak, and continue to decline in quality.
And I'd say that this happened to Skynyrd. A lot of their great hits were on Pronounced 'Lĕh-'nérd 'Skin-'nérd: Gimme Three Steps, Tuesday's Gone, Simple Man, Things Goin' On and Free Bird. The songs had been worked on for years - for example, Free Bird's solo was written years after the first half.
Then came Second Helping. It did have Sweet Home Alabama, and some other minor hits, like The Ballad of Curtis Loew, Call Me The Breeze and Don't Ask Me No Questions, but wasn't seen as exactly as good as the first.
Then came Nuthin' Fancy. It didn't open to as great reviews as the first two, and had no hits as big as Free Bird or Sweet Home Alabama: the only revered songs on it seem to be Saturday Night Special and maybe Made in the Shade. Gimme Back My Bullets was no better, only really known for the title song and Double Trouble.
To be fair, Street Survivors brought a bit of old quality back with That Smell and What's Your Name, but we all know what happened later.
Pronounced 'Lĕh-'nérd 'Skin-'nérd, Second helping, Nuthin’ fancy, Gimme back my bullets, and Street survivors Preferably original pressings but definitely not the remastered version I obviously don’t expect mint condition but I’d like the original sleeves without major damage and no major damage to the music
Needless to say, there's a lot going on in the world right now. And if you're anything like me, it's been a long ride since March and we've just got to keep on truckin' - but music helps, and that's part of why we're all here.
So here's a giant list of albums that can hopefully give you some peace of mind as we head into a long, cold winter.
Shipping is $5, new mailer included with each purchase (can hold 3-4 records).
Minimum order is $15. DM me with any offers on multiples. Thanks!
